Alan was great during the…read moreentire pre-sales experience; came out to the house to do measurements, gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, was very responsive over iMessage and email, and pricing was competitive. Unfortunately we couldn't make the timing work between his contractors' availability and when we needed the work completed by for our move in day, but the entire experience dealing with Alan was great. I'll be back when we're ready to do runners and floor coverings!

Remember when your parents would hire, say, a plumber, and he did the job right because he knew…read morethat his reputation and that of his company were at stake? He arrived on time, did what needed to be done with minimal disruption, and left the job site neat and orderly. This is the experience I had with Premier Refinishing. I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day. As it turns out, the fix was relatively simple. I highly recommend using Premier Finishing based on the professionalism with which they executed the job.

Now the finish is chipping after only a few months and the touch-up paint Sal gave me does not match the color of the finish they applied. Using them was a huge mistake. Very strongly consider what you are getting yourself into before engaging with this company. Their work and customer service are both terrible.

I met Nick through my brother after he hired someone else to build a 700 sq ft deck…read more The guy he originally hired called it quits before he started, because the TOWN was very specific on what they wanted for a deck this size. They wanted it to be able to hold a up house & the other guy didn't agree. That's when my My brother found Nick at Prestige. Nick came in, worked very well with the town. They built this deck in a week. The guy at the Town liked Nick so much, he came out right away for each inspection. This deck is gorgeous! After the deck, my brother had Nick gut & put in a whole new bathroom and wow, again a tremendous job. Nick also ripped up my brothers very large yard and planted all new grass. In November, I bought a condo in Roseland and my brother had Nick do all the work. He gutted the place and it looks so good. He even did my floors - all white manufactured waterproof hardwood throughout every room. He took care of everything. Today Nick is back at my brothers house installing all new windows. I must say that these guys are the hardest working team I've ever seen. And this includes the boss. He's on top of everything. I would highly recommend Prestige Home Builders for any job. They show up when they say and they get the job done. His workers are very kind and respectful. You can't go wrong if you hire Prestige. 973-809-9617 He backs up his work! 5 stars without a doubt.deck that Prestige built y. Beautiful floors
