Dustin arrived 15 minutes early to help us with our luggage, unpacked all our bags at the airport, and a week later was waiting right on time at the airport to pick us up upon our return the following Saturday. FYI: Dustin is a retired law enforcement officer and told us he's setting aside the money he makes from his shuttle service to help pay for his daughter's college expenses. He is extremely courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I love supporting local businesses, and this is one that definitely deserves our residents' support.

I requested a pick-up at 5:00am, and Joe said he might be 5 or 10 minutes early. He was actually more like 15 minutes early, and texted my phone to let me know: "I'm outside. I'm early. Take your time!" He was cheerful and professional, and regaled my better half and me with local information (for example, I never knew the white sand at the Pensacola beaches were imported from up North), and made sure to point out old neighborhoods in Pensacola that I had said I remembered from a few years back. The taxi ride cost a little more than quotes from other places (it was $50 for the trip from Milton to Pensacola), but when you need to bank on someone actually arriving at your house at 5 in the morning, the peace of mind of knowing they will actually show up (and show up early, even!
