Not like other places that exclude items. I was shocked the lobster rolls were AYCE. Baked Lobster roll was awesome. Warm and very flavorful. My newest go to spot for sushi, I wish I would of known about this location long time ago. It would've saved me tasteless sushi spots lol. I'm saying this restaurant is amazingly yummy!!! they have a million creations of different types of sushi. Even baked, I have never had baked sushi but if its this good I am sure it'll be popping up in different locations. It is a bit pricier than most of your typical AYCE sushi spots, but I rather eat somewhere where its this good. I am telling everyone on YELP, you have to check it out for yourself to believe it. I even had the pleasure to meet the owner. Sumi, she is very nice and kind. Not much curb appeal but cute inside. Definitely adhering to covid protocol with dividers in between every table. My husband and I got the all you can eat for $25. Some of the rolls were really good, some of the rolls just ok, not a lot of flavor. We barely got any ginger or wasabi. The seaweed salad tasted weird, not good. On our second order the server brought our bill with the food. Not that we were going to order any more just kind of funny, like leave. Then she said you pay for leftovers. We went on a Sunday night and they were packed and tons of to go orders. There is additional sitting in the strip mall with a separate entrance. The server was running back and forth. I rarely ever go check out a new place unless I have someone with me for a second opinion. This time my girlfriend and my brother joined me for a weekday all you can eat food coma inducing night of sushi. I am usually weary of the all you can eat tag put on sushi for many different reasons but this was just about as good as it gets. The waitress was very friendly and we received a complimentary bowl of miso soup which is usually the deal and it was good. Then came the rolls. I like to start out with some of the raw ones and move onto the tempura and more spicy rolls later as to not mask some of the delicate flavors in the beginning of the meal. The usual fare of spicy tuna and Philadelphia were very good and not fishy at all. We then moved onto some more interesting ones like the crazy roll and the fire roll. Both were very good with the crazy roll being a definite order. After that the more notable rolls were the rock and roll and the tiger roll - both very good with the rock and roll being a nice light take on a regular roll. By far the most surprising roll was the K.G. roll. At first glance it seemed a bit odd with the tomatoes and a spicy tuna roll. My girlfriend ordered it and it was the shocker of the meal. A perfect balance between very spicy tuna with fresh tomatoes and cooling avocado. The best part of it was the fact that the garnish covered up the rolls completely. It was essentially a small feast in just one roll. A great place to go and try all you can eat sushi with a group of friends. A huge menu so there is no shortage of items for picky eaters. Take my word for it go and check this place out and order the K.G. roll - im not sure what it stands for and I don't care its just that good. read more

Kalbi Sushi roll.. it's just a little odd.. I think Sushi is meant for Fish....I guess you can get it if you want some Kalbi in your meal...it's just ok tasting.. I'd just go to a kalbi place if I was craving kalbi.. Costs: it's sushi.. so on the higher end..the all you can eat is decent...if you want to try out different rolls, I'd recommend that you just get the all you can eat so your not limited to only 1-2 rolls... if you order 2-3 rolls ... it'll probably be equivalent to $24.95...so yea.. Sushi Rolls ranges from ~$10-$13+ per roll that contain around 6+ pieces?...they are just average sized rolls...thankfully they didn't stuff my rolls with rice... Parking: located in a small strip mall..so you might have to walk a little if there's limited spots closer to the restaurant (meaning 10 steps to restaurant)... plenty of parking...:) Atmosphere: it's sort of small so I wouldn't come here with a huge huge group, but with around 4 people it would be good...I came during lunch time so I just saw ppl eating here during their lunch break... **Note: all you can eat is ONLY for Sushi Rolls..and if you have leftovers or can't finish your food.. they'll charge you..so be cautious in not ordering too much food that you can't eat.. I absolutely enjoyed my first visit to Abashiri . I found the list of options for nigiri, fresh rolls, cooked rolls and specialty items impressive. It's a shame that I have lived next door for so long I never tried this place. The prices are very reasonable including the lunch and dinner specials, all you can eat sushi, and the bento boxes. We tried two of the new specialty rolls. The one that stood out the most was the Lambada. We absolutely loved that one. We also tried the albacore tuna in a specialty roll it was topped with smelt. It was very different, but a little too salty. We each had miso soup which I really enjoyed. Needless to say, this will become a regular pit stop for good sushi. read more

Their sushi are very, very good. I subtract a star because they do not have environmentally friendly container to-go. And unfortunately, their napkins, chopsticks, straws keep flying off the table (we ate outside) one windy but beautiful evening. One thing I do not like is wastes so I cringe when they brought bunch of napkins left unused (they'll throw away once customer leave). I also did not want straws yet they left them on table. I really have to ask them not to leave these things on the table to waste but they do not seem to be able to understand different languages. A great hidden gem for Japanese food! There's a "secret" menu of items meant for more traditional Japanese foods like ramens and grilled mackerel. We only discovered it as my mom loves grilled Japanese mackerel and my brother and I love unagi-don, and this menu happened to have both! The unagi-don was amazing! You get a whopping helping of unagi - enough to fill the whole bento, unlike other restaurants I've been to which give you the most whimpy-sized unagi for your meal. I was waaaay too full to finish my meal sadly, but it was so good I pushed myself to eat as much as I can. My mom's grilled mackerel (saba) was superb as well! They give you the whole mackerel and pair it with fresh sliced melon and rice. The meal may look dainty, but it was so flavorful and filling! Our meal overall was everything my mom, brother, and I were expecting out of the traditional Japanese meal -- nothing too Americanized, yet so simple and filling it left us so satisfied! The prices here for our meals were also more reasonable than other Japanese restaurants I have tried, and they also have AYCE sushi, which may be a little out of my own price range, sadly. My wife and I came to this restaurant today based on Yelp's recommendation. We ordered AYCE sushi. The salmon skin handroll had a delightful oil which I appreciated. Albacore roll appeared to have used the same salad dressing, but my wife liked it because of its sourness. Small rolls had a well-treated fillet. Other rolls had generally good quality. I would suggest chefs that fish fillets in small rolls be kept in one big piece if they can. I travel and eat sushi in Japan, Korea, and other places in the US. I would say that this restaurant ranks high on my list of places to visit more often. All you can eat sushi dinner for $24.95 (lunch AYCE $19.95) which I would say is pretty average price. But what makes this place so much better than the others is that they don't skimp on quality! They have an great selection of unique rolls on top of the basics. All components of the rolls fit so well and are balanced. You have to get the baked lobster rolls and the New York steak roll!
