Dont waste your time on this place. Worst ever. The flowers my husband ordered for our anniversary came so late in the 630pm. The whole day went by without them Also they were smashed and wilted and looked nothing like the picture. It was a waste of money which was overpriced for the arrangement they sent. So disappointed. According to the florist, Abandale Florist, 3210 E Ajo Way, 520-573-9300, if you receive flowers from their florist they only guarantee them for 24 hours. Since we live in AZ, if you do not keep your house cool enough they will die. I don't keep my house at 72 degrees; I received a bouquet on 5/7 and by 5/9 they were already wilted and dying. I cannot imagine how much my son paid for these flowers. The other reviews that have been left mirror what I have said. I am very disappointed and embarrassed with the gift was delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I ordered the florist choice online and this is what she received. After 3 total delivery fees, the amount was nearly $80. I got the most expensive of 3 choices. The taller flowers next to it were from another florist and were only $50! They are much nicer than the ones that were delivered from Abandale Florist. I see that Abandale Florist has very low ratings. No wonder! They probably delivered the lowest prices and crappy arrangementd to people. Had I known that the online florist from you flowers that I ordered from was sending my order to this place, I would have not ordered from them. Ordered centerpiece for family through Teleflora. One minute the item said it was delivered. It wasn't. 4 hours later it gets delivered. Not looking at all like the picture. I understand the flowers may not be exact, but it was also missing a second candle. They don't have very good reviews and these florist brokers need to look at them before using the local florist. read more

My husband called today, spoke to the manager and that's where we realized they didn't care about their customers, only their business. I live in the part of Tucson served by this local business and have bad experiences going back for years. The Order was through FTD , they used this shop. I ordered a premium bouquet with 21 flowers they sent a standard size with 15. Owner said they don't get enough money from FTD so they send the bouquet size based on what they get not what you order and pay for. Was not willing to make it right . Very sketchy !! Buyers beware: My company I work for bought a bouquet for me after my father passed from Abandale Florist. I've had them for four days now, and they are wilting away. Please beware that these flowers only last 24 hours (They only have a 24 hour guarantee.) !! I've had flowers from many other florists last for at least a week. NOT worth the money. Any other florist would've sent another bouquet, especially since these are sympathy flowers. The roses haven't opened, & are already wilting & limp. The daisies, which usually last a long time, are wilting already. A horrible florist! Do not waste your money as this florist has terrible customer service & their product is poor quality. I received a bouquet from my nephew. First of all I received a call around 12:15pm that they were leaving a bouquet on my porch, when it was going to be 103 degrees that Sunday in Tucson & my porch is in direct sunlight in the pm. I told the person not to leave them as I would not be home for at least four to five hours. He then told me I would have to pay a redelivery fee of $10 which I was happy to do rather than come home to a dead bouquet. I called the next morning, Monday, & complained that I could not believe a florist in Tucson was going to leave flowers outside in this kind of weather. The woman was very rude & said they do that because people don't want to pay the redelivery fee. I should have read reviews before. Worst florist ever and I'm surprised you even received yours. The website stated they would deliver on Thanksgiving or I would have picked a different florist. Two days after when I called to question, the woman on the phone was extremely crude, cut me off and told me in vulgar language to "do whatever I want". When I told her I have email verification she was demeaning and said it is probably not even from their website and I didn't know what I was doing. I asked if she could rectify the situation and send the flowers first thing this morning as the people are leaving town. She told me no and she couldn't find the order because it wasn't done on their website (which it was). As a business owner I was appalled. I received these 2 arrangements (day 5) on the same day see photo. The wilted ones (pink flowers) is from Abandale florist my daughter paid $60. I noticed on first day there was no package of preservative, 4 roses with dry leaves, one broken at top, greens that fill were yellow. I had surgery called 4-5 days later spoke to manager Kelly. Her response was full of excuses and told me I should have called sooner, no apologies no acknowledgement. upon reading yelp and google reviews I see this is a business without any core values. My son from Chicago ordered me flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day this year. They came to deliver them on Monday and we were not home so they left a card saying they had been there and to call them. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She said they drove all the way to my house which was a long ways and no one was there to accept so I had to either pick up or pay another $10 delivery fee. I asked why they didn't call me to get an alternative address and was told that would ruin the surprise of the flowers. Well, the surprise was already gone. Received my arraignment and was disappointed overall for the price that was paid for them. They sent a balloon that THEY hand wrote "I Love you" themselves on it with a damn sharpie marker and charged $7! A dollar tree balloon and hand wrote the message! Called and spoke to manager Kelly and she stated that's the new balloons they received in their shipment! Since when do they sell sloppy handwritten balloons at flower shops! They shorted us 2 flowers on top of that when she said she herself added a total of 10! Definitely would not recommend this place unless you want handwritten messages on your balloons! I've had flowers delivered by these guys twice, and both times, the arrangements were absolutely pitiful. This second time, I ordered an arrangement called Pink Rose Succulent Garden. My wife loves pink roses, but doesn't like red ones. What my wife received had no pink roses. In fact, there were no roses. Instead, there were a couple of pink carnations and a lot of red flowers, but no succulents. The arrangement was hardly arranged at all. It looked like someone hurriedly threw a bunch of stuff in a vase. Additionally, I ordered the middle/medium size. These were definitely small and a bit sickly looking. When I contacted them, I was told they reserve the right to substitute, but this wasn't just a substitution. It was a totally different and poor excuse for a flower arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I irdered. No, I don't recommend them. read more
