This year we decided to try something different and searched for a local CPA with great reviews. Michelle took the time to ask detailed questions and really understand our situation instead of just rushing through the process. She looked at every detail, even asking about things we never realized could make a difference, like work uniform expenses and other deductions we had never been guided through before. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping us maximize our benefits and do things correctly. For the first time ever, we are not owing this year, and that alone felt amazing. Beyond that, Michelle also gave us valuable advice for the future, including how to adjust our W-4 so our withholdings are set up properly moving forward. This was truly an unforgettable experience.
