Craig and Gary did a fantastic job installing the SPC flooring. The product has a great look, seems easy to maintain, and the installation is even and has no rough spots. They removed and reinstalled my baseboards at the correct height and did a beautiful job caulking the edges (way better than I have ever been able to do). I'm very happy with the results and the rooms look great. This is a small business and they give their full attention to their workmanship.

Dust was minimal due to their efficient collection system on their sanders. Rich and his crew, especially Tim, are real craftsmen and did a fine job. Rich cut in new wooden grilles to replace old metal ones, and they created a new large step-down transition between rooms that was a little tricky since the transition height varied across the opening. This was the first time we had the floors refinished in twenty-five years so I vetted several providers. I received bids from Samaya, Chris Halstom, and Crow's in addition to Russell. I was surprised by the tremendous variation in price. Not only was Russell Hardwood floors significantly the lowest bid, but it was less than half of one of the other bidders.
