I'm a big fan. I started in late Feb after being unmotivated and sedentary for a while and I could…read moreliterally feel my core, hips, glutes and legs getting weaker every day. I work from home and just wasn't pushing myself to work out that hard and not consistently (or at all - especially not with weights) and without any game plan to make progress. That's why one works out with a personal trainer. I wanted somewhere I could walk to / drive to within 5 minutes. I went to 3 places to talk to trainers and hear their approach and see their setups, and the Crave Studio was the nicest, most modern, cleanest facility. I decided to give it a shot. I feel sluggish, sloth-like, and somewhat reluctant when I walk in (because of my aversion to putting in any effort - not gonna lie - I'm a grumpy exerciser), but I leave feeling like a whole new person, and I'm seeing muscles re-emerge that were long-forgotten. My workouts with Chris have been a great way to kick-start my re-entry into fitness. He pushes me with a variety of exercises and equipment. I've been doing exercises I never would have attempted on my own. He keeps count and keeps me entertained with his wholesome dad jokes and scientific facts. In 16 sessions so far I can absolutely see more muscle definition and I can definitely feel more strength when playing pickleball. There's no strong sales pitch. It's a very friendly atmosphere (often it's just two or three people in the space). I'm excited about doing another 16 sessions because this has been so helpful and has been really motivating.

She's responsive, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable. You can also tell she loves what she does. I really enjoy how she emphasizes holistic health in a realistic and maintainable way - getting enough sleep, maintaining a social life, not overtraining, eating enough, functional training, etc. I love that we have the entire studio to ourselves, equipment is clean, and scheduling is flexible. The price is more than worth it, especially the 2 on 1 training. I've paid more for less at commercial gyms.

I Have been training with him for a while now and I have faith in him with everything from diet to workouts. Ive had other trainers before but he has exceeded my expectations. Thanks rob! I also love the evolve facilities because you beat the crowds you usually encounter at the typical gyms and they have everything you need. You don't have to wait around. You're able to go in, do what you came for and leave in a timely manner. The entire staff is really friendly, nice and approachable as well. Give it a shot! You won't be disappointed :)

CP runs a boutique-style personal training gym that's honestly one of the cleanest and most well-equipped spaces I've ever been in. He puts real thought into every session -- it's not a one-size-fits-all workout. What I really appreciate is how CP bridges that gap between physical therapy and personal training. He focuses on alignment, getting the right muscles to fire, and helping you move in a way that actually supports your body instead of hurting it. It's made a big difference with my postpartum posture issues and all the aches from standing all day. If you want a gym where the trainer actually cares, knows what they're doing, and takes pride in the details, this is it. It's become the one hour I get for myself that actually helps me function better the rest of the day.

I've had the pleasure of training with Justin since 2018, and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Ashley and CP are amazing to work with as well! Pros: - A very clean and private space - The equipment available is what you'll find at a top fitness club/gym facility - InBody machine available to track progress - Easy parking - Trainers are super friendly and customize plans/sessions to your goals - Post workout stretches - Cupping available - Justin lets me pick the music (extreme plus lol) One thing I personally wish they had was a shower for post workouts, but that's about it. Other than that, I can't fault this place. It hasn't stopped me from continually coming back. I highly recommend hitting up the trainers at Stoic!

Discovered this gym from the Next Door app, a neighbor recommended it. Went to check it out, toured the fitness center, signed up last month after contemplating if we wanted to really commit to the lifestyle changes we needed and truly wanted to make. It's been a few weeks now so I want to give an honest review. First, the gym is more of a contemporary wellness center/fitness center. It is refreshing, innovative and the cleanest gym I've ever belonged to. Our gym experience in a historical background perspective - been a gym member at 24Hr in my 20's-40's Gold's gym in my 40's-50's, so for decades- belonged to a gym, and frequented regularly. Also last 8 years had our own home gym equipment. Had to sell the home gym equipment to make room for the grandchild's crib! So here we are. We were in search of a gym once again. This is a family owned business and the owners are health conscious. One can see they put a lot of thought into this small business. They have NEW state of the art equipment, with technology-app enhanced features which helps with tracking one's fitness. There's professional physical therapy trainers and consultants for nutrition/dietician, massage specialists, trainers that are there to support and teach not to merely sell you. Two group classrooms for yoga, balance, stretch, chair, core classes, etc.. it's a wide range of activities which I haven't had the chance to participate in yet but will in the future. There are extracurricular activities for community building and social support. I really like that feature. As people get older it is often challenging to find friends and a social support network. They help build that in. I can see how this is such an added bonus for retirees. I'm not quite there yet but very forward thinking, I love it. Great concepts fulfilling human social and developmental needs. There are 3 levels of membership. I was able to join through my Active & Fit employer membership for $32/month per person for access to facilities;the "core" level membership. Classes in core enrollment level is $18 per class. Wish the classes were inclusive at the core membership level. However, one can join higher tier membership like the Infinity level at $85 month and get unlimited everything and many additional benefits to all their offered activities. The one concern and recommendation I'd have for AIM is to get Guest WiFi up and running in order for the apps to run faster and have a better connection. It is a bit frustrating at times when it is not connecting to the equipment. Obstacles can be annoying. The equipment includes cardio-treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent cycles, recumbent elliptical, working both arms and legs, strength training machines, free weights, etc. they really have so much it is more than any person would want. The gym is well lit, fun music from our generation (baby boomers and forward) and a spacious clean feeling throughout the gym. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Check it out!
