She has been very supportive during training and is always accommodating with my schedule, which is a big help to keep me on track. She's also great about adjusting workouts when something's feeling off or sore, which I really appreciate. Personal training with Maddie…read more I truly enjoy working with Maddie as my personal trainer. I started training with her to address some deficiencies related to an injury, and she immediately created a customized plan that took my limitations into account while protecting me from further harm. Maddie makes every workout enjoyable with her easygoing personality. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing me and encouraging me without ever feeling overbearing. She's incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, anatomy, and movement, and always demonstrates each exercise beforehand so I have a clear visual. What I appreciate most is how attentive she is during each session. Maddie gives real time cues on my form, which not only helps protect my injury but also ensures I'm building strength and muscle correctly. Her fun banter makes the sessions something I genuinely look forward to, while still challenging me enough to keep progressing. I cannot recommend Maddie enough as a personal trainer, book now!

Ive been coming to OC Fit for a few weeks now. It was a bit intimidated going in but they guide you…read morethrough. It's located inside a plaza with plenty of parking. There's two restrooms in the back as well as cubbies you can leave your stuff. Most classes I've been to were booty day so it was all of lower body and glutes. For one of the classes, each workout is sectioned out by two sets of 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between each set. Another one was 3 minutes to get through 8 workouts ranging from RDL's, hip thrusts, lunges, Bulgarian squats with 10-30 sets each. There's a ton of equipment spread throughout and when you're done with a set, you'll move forward to the other workouts. I was sweaaaating!! I joined in for their other classes too and each day is a different format. Which is nice since you get to switch it up. Downside would be ... there's a bad mosquito problem here. Almost every time I've been here I've gotten mosquito bites and I always see them flying around. They even fly around the front desk. It sucks but wear some bug spray if you're coming here. Pepe walked around to correct forms during the workouts. This gym definitely got me feeling sore. They have a 21 day promo for $21.

He puts real thought into every session -- it's not a one-size-fits-all workout. What I really appreciate is how CP bridges that gap between physical therapy and personal training. He focuses on alignment, getting the right muscles to fire, and helping you move in a way that actually supports your body instead of hurting it. It's made a big difference with my postpartum posture issues and all the aches from standing all day. If you want a gym where the trainer actually cares, knows what they're doing, and takes pride in the details, this is it. I've come to learn the proper movement patterns to prevent injury and now I feel muscles that I never even knew were there! I can actually active my glutes and lift more than I could before! Mathew is professional and very knowledgeable with his physical therapy background. He does not only give you a workout but he also educates you on what you should be feeling and how that is going to help the rest of your body.
