You can tell the space was set up with a ton of thought and care in mind, and each of the trainers there are so knowledgable. I have been training with Ashley for the past 4 years and she is simply the BEST! She specifically tailors your workouts for how you are feeling physically and energetically that day, which I always appreciate. It's one thing to just have a run of the mill trainer that pushes you to your breaking point every day and then there is having a trainer like Ashley that listens to you and listens to your body. She knows when to ease up if your form isn't where it needs to be and when to push you when you are mentally holding yourself back a bit. Trained with Justin for about 3 years...and simply put, he's amazing. He's mindful of injuries (and helps rehab them), supportive & not judgey at all. I can say that when training with him, I was in the best shape of my life. Every workout was different so it was never boring. The gym is 10 out of 10, as well. I have been overly impressed with Stoic and the amazing trainers that are there. Justin specifically, has guided and encouraged me to achieve different fitness goals throughout the years. He has gone above and beyond to share his knowledge on proper body mechanics, importance of a solid warm up and recovery, and formatting workouts specifically for my body and my goals.
