I called to them to see what happened and the person on the phone proceeded to tell me they cancelled my appointment because i did return their call the day before. I suggested they call before coming out or even a confirmation via text, the most common form of communication and like most people do in today's world. They said "Why didn't you check your voice mail? It was in your hands. Not our fault." They wasted my time, were rude on the phone, and now I will find a local company who actually show up and has good customer service. Don't waste your time on sub par cleaning from this location and who can't just say "sorry for the mix up. Let's get you scheduled." Thumbs down. To respond to Jeffreys comment- Yes many are affected negatively by Covid 19 including the real estate industry. I had a short window to turn this around and a full day scheduled. If you tell your customers that you must have a confirmation or you will cancel the appointment, perhaps they would call you to confirm. I would have. I hope you feel better as well.
