I was just there today and was rudely ushered out of her store as she was restocking and was told she was not opened for busines there was nothing on her website to say she was closed I had travelled all the way from the south. My daughter had also encountered her rudeness when she come into her store.

So, I went to this shop today with the intention of getting them to do my entry hallway, they were…read morethe listed supplier of a console that I wanted. I walked in, I was acknowledged with a smile and a nod. The proprietor was talking to another lady, which I actually don't think was a client. I wandered around to have a look...I never really got anything from her, I lingered for quite a while, enough time to let someone know you would actually like some help...I would have appreciated a "Please let me know if you have any questions" or "I'll be with you in a moment", you know, just simple courtesy. They were busy talking about where their Mosman properties were located and which private schools their kids went to. I walked out, and will never return.

When you move to a new house there's always something unexpected happens. Always. The air…read moreconditioning worked fine...except for 1 room which didn't get any cool air. At all. So, I called a couple of places I found on the internet and lol snd behold 1) out if business 2) left a message to call me back and naturally I still haven't heard back 3) a person really answered my call BUT besides the fact he sounded like I just woke him, he also sounded really unsure about what he was doing and THEN ...... (drum roll) GAP TRADE SERVICES!!! Yes I left a voice message and Mike (!!) called me back shortly after. Busy guy, thus guy Mike. After I told him the situation he explained several possibilities of what could be wrong and as busy as he was, he said he'd come the next day but it would be late in the day. Hooray! And he did show up the next afternoon and fixed the problem PLUS he's coming back to fix several other issues. Fair prices, honest and what a friendly man!!! Mike works 7 days a week, does installation, plumbing, electric, duct work....and fixes air conditioning!
