Apparently a previous plumber had used a flexible hose that was too short and it kinked. I was communicated with through the whole process and was thrilled that they could come out so soon. He ended up installing a new kitchen tsp and fixing a leaking shower. All in all it was a great experience. Communication was excellent. He was very efficient and tidy on the job. He took all the packaging and left the apartment like it was before he came. We are enjoying the new tap and heated towel rail, and the shower leak is fixed. With no fuss
