He arrived when he said he would, the service was great, and he was very clear about what the cost would be ahead of carrying out the work. The invoice was detailed, and included before and after photos of the work, which meant we could see exactly what had been done. I was very happy with the service. Called them out to quote on a new hot water system My research told me it should cost $2000 max . ..which still would have made them a fair profit...given that they get access to bulk discounts etc etc Not enough for this mob they made it 4K.. I sent them on their merry way.... Customers...dont be lazy...unless you have inherited piles of $$ from daddy!!! . Do some homework yourself before throwing hard earned $ at this mob. I am getting the job done this Friday by the way and it will cost me $1700 in total. Admittedly I sourced a reputable tradie and hot water system myself .. in 2 hours of my time... and has "saved" me $2300!!

I've never written an online review before but feel compelled to do so about Omega Home services. I…read morerequested a quote to fix two fans that were working intermittently and replace some lightbulbs in my halogen downlights. All the electrician could tell me was that the fan was broken and needed replacing. One fan would have cost me $809 (excl GST). He didn't carry a basic halogen lightbulb, and could only help by replacing the whole halogen system with LED lights. I had to pay $79 for the privilege of him telling me he could do squat. And that's after he turned up well outside the agreed time slot. I ended up getting another electrician the next day who was able to fix both fans and replace the lightbulbs for $350 (incl GST).
