i locked my keys in my car boot, called them out, they were there in 1 hour, BMW are very hard to get into but Adam did not give up. He opened the car gave me my key then sent 2 guys out 2 days later to fix the lock as he damaged it a little and they fixed it at no charge, so friendly, so professional and cut me a new key that BMW wanted $800 for at only $245.00 unbelievable service, what a great company.
