However, I discovered that there is no cancellation option in the app. It only says that you need to contact customer service to cancel. First, I tried to inform them through the chat function, but I couldn't connect with a real customer service representative. Then I decided to call them and spent around 30 minutes on the line waiting to connect with a customer service officer, but no one answered. I tried calling again at a different time and had the same experience -- it seemed like no one was available to help. After that, I sent them emails. I emailed them three times but never received any response. Despite this, after one month they tried to deduct another payment from my account. I blocked the payment, but then they sent me a letter saying the payment had declined. Overall, I found their help service extremely poor practically non-existent. Calling, emailing, or chatting with a real customer service representative seemed impossible. Very disappointing with AMAYSIM.

I love that I can get assistance without having to ring through to a call center and wait on hold. It makes a huge difference. The coverage suits me fine as I live centrally. They did one job for me and quoted on another, which they most definitely won't be doing…read more Pros: * they responded quickly * they turned up on time * they did a good job Cons: * they are EXPENSIVE... on the second quote I worked out they were charging me the equivalent of $138 per hour * they give you a hard sell about their business and membership (who has membership to an electrician?) when all you want is a price * they try to make you pay up front before any work has been carried out (no thanks) * they gave me a quote that was incorrectly added up to the tune of $585 in their favour... and then argued about it when I said it sounded a bit steep (it was only later I discovered the maths was wrong) I won't use them again
