They don't notify the driver until 10-15 minutes and if the weather is bad then they don't have enough time to come. Well that's why people book in advance. My driver came 35 minutes late and when I called to Question their system I was met with the rudest dispatch/manager ever instead of being professional- belittling and condescending for just asking then hung up me (I was not yelling or anything) . Over 24 years of using them and this is how they treat people. I don't use Uber out of loyalty but if this is how they treat people it's no wonder others do. Perhaps complaints to the City will yield better results. Ridiculous

It is rare that I have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes for a ride. All of the drivers have been safe and get me from place to place in one piece. If there are any areas for improvement, I would say it is with the app: It could be simpler and more user friendly. For example, when using the app you have to manually select a pickup location. When choosing the pickup location the interface is very sensitive and is frustrating to use at times. I would suggest having your pickup location selected automatically using your GPS signal. This would be very helpful. Otherwise I think the app is useful. Thanks, and keep up the good work, guys!

This was more than sufficient time to get me there on time, and I got a confirmation with a flat rate of just over $14.00. I waited for about 5 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, and got a text saying that the cars had been switched from one to another, but that it was on its way. I thought this was strange, but I waited. At one point, when the cab was about 15 minutes late, I called. I was told they were on their way. And every time I called the number I was told it was 1 minute away. My partner finally called the driver, who said he was on his way. We didn't get in the cab and on the road until 5:05, so I had to call the rental company and make sure they knew I was going to be late so I didn't lose my reservation. The driver was just a barrel of excuses that it was busy, but that's why I booked ahead, to avoid the Friday afternoon rush hour wait. My partner had to tell him the address three times for him to get the address right - an address that I had already input with the prebooking program. Then, while driving, he waited unnecessarily at a red light in the wrong lane and bumped my fare up even more. The flat rate (supposed perk of booking in advance) seemed to disappear, and my fare of just over $14.00 turned to almost $20.00. My partner has tried to call Co-op, but their answering machines are full and no one will seem to pick up the phone for a customer service complaint. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've never been so angry with a service before, don't usually complain, never post reviews, and I hate getting that angry. I've seen so many other reviews like this one, and I would just tell anyone who asks to avoid Co-op at all costs. You will be kept waiting, bumped up in price by seemingly incompetent drivers and/or inconvenienced to the point of rage. Use Uber or another service.

I asked why & he said because it was a van which did not make any sense as we had a ride a week before in a van with another taxi company & we were only charged $44. He was very rude when I asked him to explain & he repeatly said "it's a van". It was a terrible end to our long day after travelling for 18 hours. Look.. yes we called your service.. but we can not and do not control the actions of our patrons. They see a cab , they jump in... we cant tell them its not their cab. He was friendly, cheerful, and extremely helpful. He pushed my cart to the vehicle, he unloaded the cart too. When we reached our destination, he helped unload and carried our groceries to the door. They get you from point A to point B without causing you any trouble. They do seem to arrive faster than some other ones though but I don't take a cab very often so I am not exactly a good judge of the timing. I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!
