I decided to add on $140 of services. The doctor confirmed that what I wanted would be an extra $140 over my groupon to which I agreed. This was a splurge for me, so I made doubly sure this was accurate. It wasn't until after my appointment that they changed their mind and said they would not honor the promotional value of my groupon and I was charged $245 instead! I was sure this was an error and they would honor what I was told before my appointment AND during my appointment. But they will not. I've received numerous emails and calls from Sonya, who just tells me that they don't honor expired Groupons. "That's not our policy" is not an excuse to mislead your customers into adding on services while being dishonest about the cost. I know what I was told by staff. They said my groupon would be honored for the services listed, period. I should pay what I was told the services would cost even if staff gave me incorrect information. A good business practice is being upfront about the cost of services. I can only assume now that this "mistake" was actually intentional. I will take my business elsewhere.
