He was available to meet with us at our convenience and the process began. From beginning to end Rob was sensitive to our situation and treated my mother with great respect. He maintained contact with me throughout the process. He sold the house and the contents left behind after the move - much better than trying to have garage sales! He was an absolute godsend! I highly recommend Fouss Auction!

From beginning to end he was timely, very professional, forthright and understanding. He was sensitive to what we were going through and offered good suggestions. He and his staff cleared out the house quickly and did an excellent job cleaning it when they were done. He maintained contact with me throughout, and sent pictures upon completion. On top of that, he returned to the house to set out the trash a few days later! He was a true godsend to us and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.I highly recommend him. :)

This was a pretty interesting antique mall unlike any other I've been to. It has about 100 vendors…read moreand for its size, that is about right. However, the content was strange as it consisted of a mix of vintage, 80s, 90s, dollar store items, thrift or garage sale items and even booths dedicated to sets of car tires and DVDs. Not really a lot of furniture, surprisingly. I visited around 430, they closed at 6 that day, and I thought I may not be able to see it all. However, I think I only took 30 minutes to view all the booths. I didn't end up buying anything, but the few other customers there had items in their carts. Yes, they have shopping-like carts to push around to hold your items.

I used to like this business. I'm a local and used to like to browse and shop. My teenage son was…read morevisiting his grandma and she was shopping. She asked him to put her purchases on the counter while she looked at something else. My son was looking at the candy. The owner (manager) told him to stop touching things and proceeded to tell my mother, who asked what the fuss was, that she was banning my son from the store. My mother stated that this was her grandson and that she had shopped there for years. The owner (manager) insinuated or assumed (I'm not sure which) that she and my son were from the nearby trailor court and implied that they were trash. She then told my mother that she could put back her purchases. Mother told her where exactly she lived. She got no apology from the owner (manager); she got grudgingly passed off to the cashier. The staff is usually passingly friendly, even when busy. The owner should know one of the basic rules of business: treat all your customers equally and assume nothing about them until you know them. She should also know that the customer is always right. I am, to put it politely, strongly discouraged from returning to this establishment.

So first off, let me say that the furniture is good and the prices are okay here. Where I am…read morerunning into a problem is getting the furniture that I paid for. I purchased a sofa and loveseat from this store on 12/18/2020. They told me that, due to COVID-19, they are out of stock and told me that the love seat would be delivered on 01/27/2021. I actually got that on time. The sofa, however, they told me would be delivered on 02/23/2021. Mid-February, they called me and told me that they were pushing it out to 03/19/2021. I told them that I would not be available on that day because, ya know, people have to work for a living. The next day they have available is 03/24/2021. I said fine, what time? I get off work at 8am and want to make sure I'm home in time to get it. They said, "Well, that's 3 weeks away and we don't route trucks that far out. The warehouse will call you on that Monday and if you're not free at the time they give, you'll have to reschedule it." Seriously? You have already pushed this out a month past your original time frame and you're telling me that you can't give me a time frame for delivery? Now, if I don't stay home all day to make sure I'm here when you deliver it, I have to reschedule it for even further out? I paid $1,625.91 for this set. Now that they have my money, they don't want to deliver on the promises they made to get it to me in a timely fashion. This was a new setup for a new place and I have been without a living room suite for over two months now. The salesman was nice, the furniture quality is good, and the prices are okay. But, if you want your stuff in anywhere near a decent timeframe, I'd suggest that you shop somewhere else!
