I purchased the dryer when there were multiple units in stock (around 10), but delivery couldn't be scheduled for two weeks due to their backlog. After waiting, the unit arrived damaged--and by then, all other units had been sold. I also had to call them myself both to arrange delivery and again after the failed delivery--they never followed up. So despite buying while it was in stock, I ended up with nothing after weeks of waiting. I understand issues happen, but there was no meaningful effort to make this right.
