We had a problem with our cable connection to the water and ice maker and they sent their repair guy Glen out within a few days. Glen arrived and fixed the problem quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you Glen they are lucky to have a repair person like you. It seemed a long shot, but I was having a laundry emergency, and I swear, in like two minutes I got a real live response, from a PERSON, who assured me that yes indeed, they were open. It was a Christmas miracle, I'm still talking about it and that was like 8 months ago. I don't know how this place exists in the real world and isn't just a figment of idealism and convenience, but it's there.
