I would AVOID this furniture company at all costs. We…read morepurchased two recliners from them, in the first year the fabric on my wife's chair began to wear, we were told to buy a shaver and shave off the pilling? This makes NO sense since all you are doing is taking fabric away. Within another two months the fabric wore through leaving a hole. Then the chair I use lost two bolts and the electric motor stopped working. We invested in $ 2,000 for these two chairs and EXPECTED good quality workmanship. We now have spent over $400.00 in service calls to FIX these chairs. We have NEVER had such a negative experience like this. We failed to read reviews before we bought these two recliners, that was OUR mistake, we will not make that mistake again. It appears that English uses cheap fabric and materials and has a VERY poor quality control program. Once again I urge you to spend your $ more wisely.

Purchased over $3000 worth of furniture in April. Table came with messed up leg but they fixed it…read morefew weeks later. Cocktail table had messed up top hinge. I mentioned this right away when I got my delivery. Workers said they will report back to their boss and get back to me. I had to call them weeks later to check on status. They send someone out and had to go back and check with boss again. Since then haven't heard any thing and situation is not fixed. I have to call everytime and leave message for owner and sometimes he returns and sometimes doesn't. I called today and left message and no reply. We have been playing phone tag(partially my fault due to work schedule). But as a consumer I shouldn't have to call and remind them to fix my issue. I gave them enough time(6 months) to fix it but I guess all they care about is making a sale and not following up with issues. I even paid for extra protection on my leather sofa set but I am not going to hold my breath if something goes wrong. Advise to everyone looking to purchase from this store. Make sure you check everything when it gets delivered. If it's broken, return it. Don't let them tell you that "we have to order a part" or "talk to boss".

She paid an ungodly amount of money for them to install hardwood flooring in her living room while she was on a trip for her birthday. Upon her arrival, she found that not only is the flooring itself not laid right (several pieces all ending perfectly aligned in a straight line), but they used the wrong materials around the trim so it looks like crap. They broke one of her Windows, ruined a fresh paint job on the living room walls, butted pieces of 1/4 round (some of which were just a foot long and NOT flush with the others) all around the room, ruining intricate woodwork on her stairway and awkwardly framing the door. Scraped up her French doors and ruined the paint. ON TOP OF THAT, the workers evidently sand blasted without hanging a tarp in the doorways so the ENTIRE HOUSE is covered in dust. Will take DAYS to clean up. I'm furious and she is having a mental breakdown. I will post pics because this is unbelievable. Happy birthday, grandma!
