It's as if the employees come to work, set the products somewhere, and leave. It wouldn't be so bad if it were organized and they got the trash up. I've never had an issue with service with the cashiers. They were friendly and greeted me at the register.

While here to replace 15-year-old, heavily pet-stained carpet, I asked them to stretch a bedroom carpet installed four years ago. The carpet bump was so small I had trouble pointing exactly where it was, but they were already on the floor pointing to it, "oh it's right here, no problem we'll get it stretched for you." They also noticed an issue with the threshold between that bedroom and another room, had already brought in threshold strips to choose from and asked if we wanted them to install it. They didn't even say "no charge." They just did it -- no charge. Doyles is a local family business that's decades old, and we won't go anywhere else for flooring.

There's probably not too much I'd actually buy from here, but it's a good option for an extra set of sheets, a set of lamps, or what have you. This store in particular is in the somewhat depressed part of Lexington Park, near the old main gate at Pax River, next to a Rite Aid and a few restaurants. It's main competitor, Rose's, has been closed for more than six months, so this is the go-to store for cheap stuff, I guess, since Family Dollar and their ilk are much smaller.
