The person who worked there was very nice, but they stated that they would no longer dry clean or wash the items I brought to them. It was my understanding that is why places like this are needed for items that cannot be washed or dried in a washer or dryer at someone's house. It is always recommended to shop and support La Junta, Colorado, businesses, but that is becoming increasingly difficult to accomplish when companies turn you away from a service that I assumed was what they provided for the community.

They came out again in Jan. 2017 and replaced it again and wanted to charge me again for it. I refused to pay since I had just paid them for a new one. Now, July 2017, it's not working yet again and they will not stand by their work. They won't even come out unless I pay for a service call. I would NEVER recommend this company. Their customer service and their work are both terrible.
