I am new to the area, and just moved in on Monday. on Tuesday, the old dishwasher started leaking…read more I went into the basement, and a leak in a pipe joint, but unable to tighten it because it was smooth and wet. so I called Valley Plumbing, and they said they would try to get to me. then I couldn't find the main shutoff. grrr. At 4pm, I called them back, and asked if they were going to make it, explaining that I couldn't find the shutoff. She said they were short handed, but she would see if one of them would come. sure enough, about 15 minutes later, a very nice guy arrived and fixed the leak, as well as located the shutoff, which was hiding behind the furnace. The dishwasher is just leaking. it was wonderful that they sent someone out, helping me save on the water bill and waste. Thank you, Valley Plumbing!

We asked them to come and fix our dishwasher and they said it needed a new hose. They replaced the…read morehose from out side the dishwasher. That seemed to fix it for a couple days. Then last night I came out and water was squirting everywhere again! We were charged $200. They didn't pull the dish washer out. I came out about 11:00 pm and water was everywhere again! They need to do it right this time at NO charge!! I will up date when it's fixed correctly!
