While the measurements done by OBS' crew were accurate, sadly the old house isn't square anymore. So not a perfect fit. Nonetheless, quality is what we paid for. The material does change, and did during our purchase process, not their fault. Indeed OBS worked with us to find acceptable alternatives. More common materials for construction projects are readily available, and they will haul to your site as needed. The quality is what you can find anywhere. The knowledge and assistance from the people is above par.

This was on October 1st at 12:20.. It's OK for a department to go all hands on deck when they need help, I ended up walking out and drove all the way to Home Depot because I didn't have time to keep guessing when I was going to get help. They could've at least taken my order so I could've went and got the other $300 and shit I had to buy while they were mixing my paint for 30 minutes. Every time you buy someone for the paint desk, you should take them into Sherwin-Williams, so that you can see how fast someone is supposed to be able to mix paint for a customer. Quit offering everybody at self check out a credit card, we go through self checkout so we don't have to talk to people.... You are a hardware store, you are not a financial institution your main concern when people check out as if they found all their items, not if they want to bank with you guys.
