She went to purchase 2 of the 4g buckets of dabs, instead was charged for the buckets, but given 2 single grams. After noticing the mistake, we reached out to the store to notify and try and fix the issue. They told us since we already left, there's nothing they can do. I then decided to pursue this a bit deeper, and reached out to the owner, Paul, a nice guy from Colorado Springs. He assured us that once Sunshine and Pete were back on Monday they would fix this. Monday is today, I drove 40 minutes to the dispensary to overhear the owner on the phone with my wife telling her its her fault, and that mistakes were made on both sides. Imagine running a retail establishment, selling something incorrect to a customer, then blaming them. I've worked in Customer Service most of my life, and this is a practice I have not heard of. Ended up going to Wild Wild Weed and they gave a discount and a free pre-rolled. They'll be getting my business in the future.

These people were knowledgable, incredibly friendly, and made me feel at home. They were knowledgable about their product and didn't rush me at all. I went to another dispensary the same day, canna-something-or-other, and I realized how much more the THC employees knew and how much more affordable they were. This place was pretty cool!…read more Of course I couldn't take any pictures of the inside, but as you come in, they have a window where you have to show your identification before coming in. The lady at the front was very nice and even explained their products and offer different price points, which was cool! However, we only came for the edibles. They came in price points from about nine dollars a package to about $25 a package which I thought was reasonably priced. She explained the difference between the sleepy and more active kinds of edibles, which I did not know anything about. There was a lot of variety and flavors, which is nice. Be warned tho, you can only buy products for yourself and not as "gifts" for friends and family. Overall good experience!

This is the ONLY place you should go in Pueblo…read more Awesome flower, pure extracts, stellar staff and owner. This is the place to go. SERIOUSLY. After two terrible experiences at nearby (cough-very near by and across the street) dispensaries, we came to this place frustrated and ready to just wait to pick up till the next town. We walked in and we're greeted by a chill and zero pressure atmosphere. This place was a haven in a sea of corporate bs and lousy dispensaries in the area. We were welcomed and treated as friends--not customers. All the feels of buying from a long term dealer but without the illegality. The owner and the staff successfully created the coolest and most pleasant dispensary visit we had while driving across the beautiful state of Colorado--and we went to quite a few (8). Don't give your money to anyone else. We will definitely be back to visit Robert and his sensational crew/shop.
