Everyone is personable and cares about the customer as an individual (I'm from the city where that quality is rare, so this is a major bonus!) We also visited with Bob, who offered more long- term options (without any pressure, another bonus). Though my experience with Rusler Implement is limited, my fiance has trusted them for decades.
