They came out again in Jan. 2017 and replaced it again and wanted to charge me again for it. I refused to pay since I had just paid them for a new one. Now, July 2017, it's not working yet again and they will not stand by their work. They won't even come out unless I pay for a service call. I would NEVER recommend this company. Their customer service and their work are both terrible.

Response to owner:…read more Once again, you are fabricating what happened. Absolutely nothing was bent and no parts were ever necersary.Otherwise how did the generator magically start working without any parts being replaced? The guy who fixed it didn't replace any parts! And as I said before, I was able to find and order the part with ease. You either didn't look very hard or didn't look at all. As far as not working with us anymore because of sending back a bad part, that is not the reason. You took no responsibility for making us spend money a second time on another part, and made no apologies for it. And no, you didn't charge us anything, but you did offer to put it back together unfixed for $300. Or do you not remember that? Bottom line...we got stuck with 2 unecessary parts and four months of headaches. If you didn't want to work with us anymore, you should have told us instead of ignoring us and keeping us waiting for so long. It was unprofessional and I still say you lied about any partts being bent or needing replacement.
