I've been a Verizon customer for years but recently got an offer from a competitor that was good…read moreenough to make me walk into the Baymeadows store and give Verizon a chance to keep my business. They tried. They came close on price (not quite there) but sweetened the deal with a "new" phone...enough to convince me to stay. A few days later, my hotspot stopped working. That's not a small issue for me, as I work fully remote with international hours and rely on it multiple times a week. So back to the store I went! Visit number two is where everything unraveled. I was told the previous employee had downgraded my service without my consent, disabled my hotspot, and set me up to be charged for the "free" phone (none of which matched what we agreed to). To make matters worse, that "new" phone already had multiple dead pixels within two weeks, despite never being dropped. Then it somehow got worse. The employee helping me this time said he'd "take care of me," but instead spent the entire interaction hitting on me while he had full control of my phone (including all my personal information). Repeated comments about how "attractive" and "photogenic" I am, pushing to see photos - not for anything remotely work-related, but clearly fishing for personal selfies. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling gross. And at the end of the month? The exact same bill I was trying to leave in the first place. So, what did I get out of this experience? Unauthorized changes to my plan, a damaged phone, broken promises, and 30+ minutes of blatant sexual harassment. Just don't. Trust.

I shop here a lot, but it's the only Pandora store we have in Jacksonville…read more I am giving 2 stars because of the customer service. Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. What's really sad, is when I lived in Orlando, I was always super excited to walk into one of the two Pandora stores. I always had such fun looking over all the beads with the store employees. Now, I actually dread walking into the Jacksonville Pandora store and it really, really sucks. =( I initially gave a 3 star rating when I started writing this review, but as I wrote more and more, my heart sank thinking about how awful my experiences have been here. So I took away the 3rd star and dropped them down to 2 stars. If, by some miracle, service gets better here, I'll update my review. But it's already been a year since they opened, so I really don't see it happening!
