AVOID MR. APPLIANCE! Trust the Yelp Reviews! Unfortunately, I called Mr. Appliance Cleveland to…read morerepair my refrigerator starter and capacitor... which based on research I understood to actually be a simple DIY for anyone not afraid to open the panel on the back of the fridge... but I wouldn't dare...and also aware that the parts were very inexpensive, I figured if it was that simple, it shouldn't cost much and took a chance with "neighborly" Mr. Appliance Cleveland because reviews, their website and friendly staff made me feel safe that I wouldn't get gouged. Wrong. The tech spent 10 minutes behind the fridge on the phone with Frigidaire to diagnose then gave me an electronic invoice for $260 labor for a job that takes less than 30 minutes and $247.80 for parts that were $130 in total online for the most expensive OAM parts (they were much cheaper on Amazon, but for the purpose of my discontentment, I'm sharing the most expensive costs I could find at any retailer). Because I decided to decline after questioning the invoice details, I was on the hook for $199 diagnostic fee + $20 restocking fee for the parts. Naturally, I don't want to give them $220 for a 10 minute visit, and I need the repair but don't have time for additional research to find a more honest company at this point, so I will pay them to do the work, but will NEVER refer anyone or use that business again. Read the Yelp reviews and you will find that my experience is not unusual. Correction. The charge was $548 and the technician was there for 10 minutes.

1/5 -- BUYER BEWARE…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with ER Appliances. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from them and was specifically told there was no damage to it. After getting the refrigerator home and removing the protective plastic, I discovered damage in two separate places -- including damage to an upper door panel and another damaged area on the lower freezer door. I contacted ER Appliances expecting them to make this right. Instead, they refused to offer me any refund or compensation whatsoever and simply fell back on "all sales are final." My problem isn't that I bought an appliance and later changed my mind. My problem is that I bought it based on the representation that it wasn't damaged, and the damage wasn't visible until the protective plastic was removed. If I had been told about the damage beforehand, I could have decided whether I was willing to accept it and what I thought the refrigerator was actually worth. Instead, I paid for it believing what I was told. What bothers me most is how they handled it afterward. Mistakes and overlooked damage can happen. A reputable business has an opportunity to stand behind what it sells when a customer brings a legitimate problem to its attention. In my experience, ER Appliances chose to hide behind a final-sale policy rather than offer even a reasonable partial refund for damage I discovered after removing the protective covering. Take pictures, inspect absolutely everything, and remove every piece of protective plastic BEFORE paying or leaving with an appliance from this business. Do not rely solely on what you're told about its condition. I gave ER Appliances the opportunity to resolve this reasonably before leaving this review. Based on my experience and the way they handled the situation, I cannot recommend them.

The only thing this Roland could say to me is that he basically forgot because his secretary didn't write it in his book , yet he spoke to me for the appointment. He didn't bother to resolve the issue just turned quiet over the telephone when I said I took off of work and I heard nothing from no one from your company why there was a no show he remained silent and next thing you know the line disconnected .. he hung up . Do not use this company for repair work because the work will never get done and no accountability will be taken . It's sad that I had to be the one who called initially to find out why they didn't come out .

I was told that I had to purchase the whole sheet of 4' x 8' feet and I asked the price. I was told $29.47 I placed the pieces on top of the cart, 3 pieces in all as I had to buy the whole sheet. When I got to the cashier, she kept looking under the boards as I had an outdoor mat and Zevo. She told me that the wood was 5 marks and it was $44.00. I told her that I was told that it was $29.47 before it was cut and 5 cuts were free. She called the guy from lumber and he sided with her. She also had me lift the 3 pieces off the cart so that she could scan the mat. The display with the mats was right there at the entrance. I will not be going back there again, as they lost my business.
