    I had a recall on my range... so the company sent me to a link to schedule for a service to come…read moreout and install a new part... the ONLY choice was these guys and true to form they didn't disappoint to make this an absolute crap show... Their office called me to tell me they'd be there on a Friday from 9 am to 4 pm sometime and she told me that's the best they can tell me.. but that when he was on the way he'd call me... okay I work for myself and have my own service calls... but I waited... wasted the entire day... so I called Frigidaire who told me that Fix Rite changed it to Monday between 8 AM to 12 PM... well no one bothered to call me and tell me ... okay I KNOW Fix Rite isn't a good company so I wasn't shocked... okay come Monday... at 12:30 PM I had to call Frigidaire back as they didn't show up or call again... Frigidaire called them and they told Frigidaire that they never got the info for the call which was a flat out lie because Fix Rite called me to schedule so yeahhhhhhhhhh they got the info... So needless to say Frigidaire is looking for another service to fix my range because I don't want this trash outfit anywhere near my house... so as I said true to form they are exactly what these reviews show.... garbage, unreliable trashy company. Don't bother.... call someone else.

After telling Jason that we could not have him at that time and reminding him of the agreed-upon time I went back in the house to attend to my family member (on a walker) we were trying to get to his physical therapy appointment. Later that day Jason called to say Fix Rite would not provide the promised service at all because I had refused him entry when I'd gone back inside after turning him away on account of our being on the way out to a medical appointment when he arrived.

It has been three months since we gave him our credit card number to order parts. The excuses all point to Bosch as being at fault, however Bosch ,has told me via phone and email that the parts are in stock and they could send them directly to us. Dan said there was a back order when he arrived today. We have spent 3 days now waiting for the "service man" as they said one would be here but no one showed or called. The man and woman that answer the phone say they have no communication with service men. Oh great Dan just said he will have to come back on Monday because Bosch sent the wrong part. I had already looked up the codes displayed on the washer so I knew the part. I was told then that the part would take about a week to arrive and they would call to schedule an appointment. Long, long story short -- today, Oct. 8, after weeks of repeated calls, mostly unanswered, tons of left and ignored messages and, when I did occasionally get a human on the phone -- numerous excuses: "UPS didn't come today, Oh it'll be here ... tomorrow, Tuesday, this Friday ...." In fact, last week I was on the phone with some young woman who worked there, who was crying because I was one of clearly MANY people calling in to complain and ask where their service was. She told me she was being fired because she actually had told me and other customers that she had no way of getting in touch with the service people and she was as frustrated as me [and them]!! Finally last Thursday, I'm told service will be here to install between noon-5 p.m.YESTERDAY. After 5 p.m., Dan arrives (I believe he's the owner) and says his van broke down and he left the part on the other van. Swears he'll be here "tomorrow," which is today -- he will take some cost off the service, "cancel his morning and be here before 10 a.m." SO after a hundred more unanswered calls this morning, I just called because at last notice Dan was 40 minutes away and on his way, (this was at 1:10 p.m.), I was just told -- at 2 p.m. that he was no longer coming and going to do the work, because I was angry-- and told him so -- that I have now waited in my house for two full days and that he lied and lied and lied and lied about the service. NOW -- he's not even coming!!! WORST business ever!! I have NO idea how this place is allowed to get away with this crap. I have no doubt that the good reviews on this site are from friends, family, or the owner himself. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! DO NOT USE THIS NON-COMPANY!!!
