He did an excellent job of matching the existing color of the deck; he gave a few options for the opaque stain finish, and I'm happy with what we settled on. Most of the deck staining can only be done on a very dry deck, so we had a few rain delays during my job; not a problem at all. We also had a few rain delays on other jobs which delayed starting mine --- not a problem, but noticeable. Michael had most of his own equipment sorted out --- the only thing he ended up borrowing was some long pieces of cardboard as masking, since he'd forgotten his own. Many of the other people I've dealt with have needed much more in loaner tools. If you're happy with SMS, definitely have Fastrac do your work --- but don't expect much email or phone communication.
