Lowe's "proof of delivery" was simply a photograph of the paint sitting inside someone else's vehicle; not at my house, not on my property, and certainly not in my possession. I immediately contacted Lowe's customer service and was told the issue would be forwarded to the store. I subsequently received two calls from a gentleman named Al. Since then, I have repeatedly called the Miamisburg store, asked to speak with Al, and left messages requesting a return call. Those calls were never returned. On Thursday, August 20, I made several more calls and ultimately went to the store in person in an attempt to get this resolved. I still left without a resolution. On Saturday, August 22, I spent 18 minutes on another call with the store, only to be told I would need to wait yet another 24 hours for someone to address the problem. This morning, August 23, a gentleman named Aaron left me a voicemail. I attempted to return his call repeatedly. My documented call history shows calls lasting 5 minutes, 7 minutes, and 11 minutes, followed by yet another call. Despite spending all that time trying to reach someone, I still could not get Aaron or apparently anyone willing to take responsibility on the phone. At this point, I have called this store more times than any customer should ever have to, visited it in person, left multiple messages, and wasted hours trying to resolve a problem Lowe's created. They took my money, failed to deliver my paint, provided a completely unacceptable "proof of delivery," and then made themselves virtually unreachable. Their failure also cost me additional money. I had a contractor scheduled to install wallpaper and complete related work, but he could not proceed because the painting had not been completed. I was charged a fee for his wasted trip; all because Lowe's failed to deliver the paint I had already purchased. Do not use the Miamisburg Lowe's for home-delivery orders. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling. Apparently, taking a customer's money is easy; delivering the merchandise or returning a phone call is considerably more difficult. I expect an immediate resolution for the undelivered paint and a response regarding the contractor fee I incurred as a direct result of Lowe's failure. This has been one of the most unacceptable retail experiences I have ever encountered.

Ordered one from menards, it also didn't fit correctly due to the dishwasher and they brought the wrong cord for the new oven anyway. I had them take it back and was told I needed to go into the store to get my refund. I went into the store and got the run around and was told I had to contact Menards.com, so I did. Below was an email I received from Menards.com telling me the store should've handled this. I did finally get my refund, but it was minus $162. I will never shop at Menards again. Lowe's and Home Depot have way better customer service and actually give you ALL of your money back on a return.
