Fire the WHOLEEEEE STAFFF!!! They're ignorant, rude, unprofessional... the so called "managers" are ridiculous and just nasty. They always have an attitude and talk to you like you're an inconvenience. I've waited ALL WEEK for a delivery that i never received. Then when i call to just cancel everything, this lady is going to tell me that my order was already cancelled last week!!!?? Huh??? Like and no one thought to tell me that this entire week? Don't bother with doing business with this store. Rude staff. The girl who answers the phone is really rude. They answer the phone and leave you on hold with no intention to come back to the call. Then when you hang up to call back they won't pick up the phone when they see your number calling back. I know, I called them back with my number blocked and magically the rude girl who answers the phone picks up on the 2nd ring. Really sad that they do that. Ok, so i'm expecting delivery which i called in a day before the delivery date to confirm. The day arrives, it was getting pretty late close to 4pm and so i called the sales rep to whom i order the love seat from. First of all, customer service is horrible. they put me on hold like three times and hung up. When I called for the last time I was told i'm customer/delivery #4. I said thank-you and the sale rep just hung up in my ear. so, i'm customer #4 which i assumed i'm the last person to be deliver and i'm just 10 blocks away from the store. if i'm like 10 blocks from the department store i should have been the first customer to be deliver. Not even worthy of one star! Absolutely disgusting and lazy delivery men. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Two men arrived at my apartment today with nasty attitudes and once they realized I live on the third floor, gave me even nastier look. Very taking back as I expected friendly service! They gotten our couch halfway up the stairs while doing so I hear fighting and complaining about how it's not going to fit, mind you our neighbors have a full sectional that my husband helped bring up and ours was just a small 3 seater with removable chaise! As soon as I went back into the hallway they said to me it's not gonna fit your gonna have to get a different couch and and quickly brought the couch back down the stairs faster then they brought it up with no problem. Got my husband on the phone to speak with the two men and one of them took my phone and my husband spoke with him and he quickly gave me back my phone and said just call a manager rudely and turned around and told me oh well she's on lunch now and turned away from me. What's the saddest part is I have two toddlers that were super excited to get their new couch for our new place and Aarons delivery men quickly turned that around. I have NEVER been a customer of Aaron's Furniture and never will be. However, I was used as a reference on a customers account and now they are harassing me as if I am in possession of their merchandise. I called multiple times asking them to STOP calling my home and they continue to call and harass me about an account that DOES NOT belong too me. I made multiple attempts to contact John who keeps calling my home leaving messages. I spoke to a young lady I believe her name was Louisa who I addressed my concerns with about the harassment. She assured me that the calls would stop. I contacted them today and spoke to a gentlemen who was vey rude and refused to give me the address to the location. Nonetheless after researching the multiple calls I received I found the location is located at 2801 3rd Avenue Bronx, NY 10455. The gentlemen refused to tell me the location so I can file formal report against this business. However, I was able to find it on my own and as I stated will be filing a formal complaint against this company. If you made an agreement with a customer and the customer failed to uphold to there end of the agreement that does NOT give you the right to HARASS the person(s) listed as a reference. I am NOT the account holder so DO NOT be calling my home harassing me about someone else's business. @AaronsBronx NY...minus 10 star if that cld exist...This company seem to have the most disfunctional terrible pathetic inefficient lacklustre disyribution/delivery system. Aarons Bronx NY store-- is really a shame to call them part of Aarons franchise..Their delivery dept scheduled a delivery for me for Tue btwn 9am and 9pm, who does that?!!! Ok i took time off from work for the whole day and tgey do not show and didnt call to inform me. Ok i called, rescheduled for Thur btwn 6pm&9pm...showed up around 3pm say they are outside... didnt even call ahead so i cld be around, didnt even wait and left b4 i cld come openbthe door...this business is a joke!!! Lets see if Corporate does anything to remedy this pathetic performance of a so-called store!...called the mgr at around 3.05pm on June 16, 2016..the mgr shld be ashamed of himself...very rude....lets see how responsibly Corporate handles this or not. read more
