Malcom came out and fixed our backed up sink on Christmas Eve!!! I called early in the morning and explained our sink wasn't draining and had tried everything to fix it and my mother-in-law was coming for Christmas dinner and even though they were fully booked, they put me on the emergency list (I was very, very panicked) :) Malcom got here and went about 40 feet into the pipe under our house and used some tools, some major elbow grease, and apparently Christmas magic and got our blockage out. He literally saved Christmas (and probably my marriage). He also was great with our son and was very sweet about our obnoxious big dogs barking at the window the whole time. He's the best! So I need some service to my A/c system, I'm not a pro but I know it's low on Freon. (It still works just not blowing ice cold) My house is new, and the system is under warranty. I explained to the tech John, and he insisted he charge me $161-$261 per hour for the leak test. I told him numerous times I do not want that because the company who installed the system 13-15 months ago will fix it for free but they don't have any appointments available until the end of the week which I already have scheduled. I simply asked him to add Freon and fill the system as I will get it fixed later this week. He refused to do what I asked. I don't know if it was because he wanted to make money on the job and if he couldn't he wasn't going to do anything. Needless to say I doubt I will ever call this company again or refer them. Before I scheduled the appointment I asked About their fee's, service visit etc to make sure I covered all the basics before I agreed to have them come out. There clearly was some confusion as to what's included and I spoke to a manager and she said she would honor what was told to me. That's the only reason I didn't give 1 star as her customer service was good but John ultimately earned the poor review. read more

I sent a Yelp message around 11AM. An hour later I had an appointment between 1 and 4pm. For that reason I will give 5 stars. I travel Monday through Thursday, so I really needed same day service. My particular problem was an incorrectly attached dishwasher hose by my contractor. It was a quick and easy fix. The $79 service fee (or $49 during the week I believe) is waived if you decide to go with their service. I paid for the minimum service, and my only ding would be that $213 seems a little much for less than a half hour of work. However the technician did a great job communicating the problem and walking me through the fix. Very polite. read more

I've tried 4 plumbing companies over the years and Aaron is my choice. All plumbers are expensive, and that's my only criticism. But Aaron always sends a top quality plumber who is polite and respectful and licensed and experienced. And they do a good job explaining what's going on and my options. Malcolm has been out from Aaron Plumbing twice in the last year. He repaired a really difficult spot under our kitchen sink in August of 2017. He was able to correct a pipe that was cut at an angle too close to the wall. He also installed our dishwasher, disposal and conected everything. It works beautifully! Today he replaced a leaking cartridge in our shower/tub. It was a tricky fix but he stuck with it and made sure it was perfect before he left. He was tidy during both jobs. Kenny Black fixed a major issue I was having with a water pipe leak under my driveway. The hoa called plumber cut 2 holes in my driveway and fixed 2 holes in the pipe over the course of a year. The second one wasn't under my driveway but the hoa plumber cut another huge hole in my driveway anyway and I got charged another ~2500 - this was without even putting concrete in the hole. Unbelievable. The area was still wet and got worse. I told the hoa plumber to go away when he came with a sledgehammer the third time. I started doing my own research to find an ethical and competent plumber. I found Kenny at Aaron's. Kenny inspected the issue, clearly explained what was going on with a pipe from the street being problematic for all that used it and that the only way to really resolve is to replace this pipe. This was a refreshing relief from the fix the leak only approach by the hoa plumbing co that was, knowingly, never going to resolve the root cause but, would be revenue generating for them. The bad pipe that was replaced, only about 10 feet, was inches from the original leak a year ago. Replacing the pipe was not even an option provided by the hoa plumber and no estimate was ever received by me from this plumber. Still the hoa management company had them proceed. The work was completed by Kenny and I am no longer having nightmares about this problem. I know that Kenny resolved the root cause. I can't say enough good things about Kenny and Aaron's. Ethical, honest, competent, and fair pricing. All the things missing from prior experience here. read more

I recently had a water line to the house break. I found the leak, dug down to it, cleaned out the hole, dried off the water pipe and had all the parts to repair the leak. Total cost of parts-$1.50. I called Aaron Plumbing of Suwanee and asked for an estimate after telling them all I had done. I was told it would be "North of $400 dollars. Shame on you Aaron Plumbing for treating anyone that poorly. I fond an independent plumber that completed the work in 20 minutes for $100. What is wrong with you Aaron Plumbing? read more

I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and the morning of the appointment I was called and notified they would not be coming because the house was a couple miles out of their service area. I gave the address at booking and they did not think to tell me it was not in their service area until AFTER they were suppose to arrive. Now my due diligence period ends today and I have to find another inspector. What a trash company. read more

Stuck Suwanee Georgia consumer beware.......we came home to find one of our a/c units had quit and the boy's rooms were very hot. Sought out several services and Aaron was the only one that could see us quickly. I agree, they showed up the next day as promised. I had already done troubleshooting and had the outside unit open.....technician walked up, looked at the panel and said "I see the problem". Took all of 5 minutes to replace one capacitor and the unit started running.....fantastic right? When it came to charging us, I knew we had a $99 "diagnostic fee" plus any parts. I was floored when Lance quoted me $350....$99 for labor and $250 for the capacitor but what could I do. I had no choice but to pay. Later I looked up the part only to find Amazon and other sites listed the exact same part for $14....that's right $14. Please be warned, this service obviously overcharges customers who are stuck and have no other choice after the work has been done. Look for more reputable service providers read more

2/2/17 I received a call last night from a member of management. Extremely apologetic for my experience. She committed to take actions internally to mitigate future occurrences. I was offered a complete refund, but declined as my goal is for Aaron to be wildly successful and learn from the mistakes. 2/1/2017 I truly hate having to do this review. I have been a loyal customer of Aaron for several years and always had great experiences. I have made so many positive referrals. I feel like Aaron failed me at the most critical time with an emergency and worse yet.... management has not called me to discuss the failure of their response. 1/27/2017 I called Aaron Services first thing to request they return to assess the failed repair and make the needed repairs. I was also adamant that I wanted a call back from management that day to discuss their lack of response to my emergency last night. Management never called me. I called back to Aaron services later in the day and did receive a call back from a lady explaining that they were researching and would contact me when they had more facts. A different technician was dispatched and made repairs with Copper and Brass fittings instead of PVC and the repair has lasted as of this update. 1/26/2017 I went downstairs to the basement and heard water spraying. The repair that was made had failed and water was all over my basement floor and many personal items stored in this room. i immediately called the number for Aaron Services at 8:24 PM with my emergency need to have them come and turn the water off at the street and make repairs. the call center took my request and escalated the ticket. Over an hour later and after several of my call backs asking for an ETA, I received a call from a person informing me they were still trying to locate a person to respond. I told them to cancel the call as I had made contact with Fulton County to send a truck to my house instead. 1/25/2017 A technician repaired a minor leak on my main water line in the basement. They answered every question I had about the system in my new home like the type of system I have, the expected lifetime of the system based on the brand, and what choices I have for upgrading or replacing it in the near future. Service and work was good, but pricing was crazy. Had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. Most plumbers charge around $1200 and the price includes new shut-off valve and expansion tank. Aaron charged me $1262 for water heater and $382 for the expansion tank and $190 for two valves. The $382 is ridiculous for $45 in parts and almost no additional labor. I just had the exact same work (50 gal electric water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve) done today by another company (at a different house) and it costs only $1220. Save yourself $500 and go with a different plumber for water heater replacement. read more

Aaron plumbing replace a four foot section on my main water pipe near my meter for 500.00 what I though a steep price but I paid because we all need water. I even dug the hole. The workmanship was good and after completion the city meter still indicated a leak. I personally found the leak by digging a 4.5ft deep trench next to my foundation to reveal the main water line cut by the cement foundation. Aaron Plumbing quoted 1500.00 to only replace a four foot pipe while other national chain plumbing firms quoted 450.00. How can one section of the same four feet of pipe cost three times as much - that is how I know I was fleeced on the first encounter with Aaron Plumbing. GET OTHER QUOTES read more

If I could give a negative star , I would. I called Aaron's plumbing to check a toilet that was stopped up. I informed them that I'd had this problem for years and wanted it to be throughly inspected. I told him that previous plumbers had said that it was something down there preventing the logger from advancing and that I just wanted to see what it was. The plumber arrived and see wipes located in the restroom and saif that was the problem. I informed him we did not flush wipes and he insisted that we did. He flushed the toilet 2-3 times, then left. I called and voiced my displeasure and they sent the same person back out and I explained that they stated that he would put a camera down and check ( that never happened.) He finally got the logger that he insisted he used the first time ( which never happened either. ) He said that it got stuck and that hadn't happened the other day and that there was a toy stuck in the toilet because he seen that I had a young child. I told him that my child is not allowed in the bathroom alone. He kept insisting that this was the problem while I told him I could guarentee that there was not a toy in my toilet. I finnaly got frustrated and said ok, and he left. I then called another plumbing company who came out and did an excellent job! The company cam and put a camera down my toilet and found that the cap of the pipe had been dropped in it when the house was constucted and that was causing the blockage. This is why the loggers were getting stuck and could not advance. Theis would definately have occured if he'd actually done it the first time as well. Never will use this service again! I would advise that if you are looking for service , look elsewhere! Not only were they expensive, they were useless! read more

My husband noticed a bubble on the ceiling of our garage earlier in the morning and was concerned, as the bubble was above our master bathroom shower.
