The owner Craig called me, never apologized but sure wanted to tell me about how cleaning the calcium would be an extra charge, something the previous person removed before and said it would only cost extra if we had them seal it. Craig wanted to charge me more on top of a service that wasn't even being completed in full. I said I wanted to schedule pool school again so we could take over the care of our pool and he was supposed to have the other owner, Orlando, call me, but instead they decided to just not show up at all and no one bothered to call. The owner needs to learn to not deflect and make excuses and how to treat their customers! I received the attached response shortly after posting this review. I appreciate the refund, but not the insult about my "demeanor" and "vulgar language". As I said, calling me about the service not being done, but wanting only to talk to me about charging me more for something that didn't cost extra previously on top of not receiving all of the services we were supposed to, was indeed sh****, and that was the extent of my vulgar language. As for my demeanor, I didn't yell at you not once, but I'm sure my tone conveyed my frustration with the call, where the real issue was never addressed, only you seeking additional funds.

After speaking with Roxanne and explaining my problem, she set up an appointment for a technician to come out the following week. Regrettably, as a weekday working person, I was unable to be present for the testing but based on how frequently I am filling my pool, needed the soonest appointment I could get. I called the day before to leave my payment information and asked that the technician call me prior to his evaluation so I could explain that the pool is mainly losing water while running on high filtering. The next contact I received was the invoice charging my credit card $518, and a separate letter stating they used a hydrophone and dye and could not find a leak, but they could not check a return or the slide. I called the office, again speaking with Roxanne, asking what the next step would be and she said she would check with the technician and get back with me. Several days passed without a return call, so I called the office again and getting their voicemail. I left a message for a return call, but nearly 2 weeks later I have still not heard back. Based on my experience, and unlike their website description of the business, the company really does not go above and beyond to find out where the leak may be and seems only to be interested in a quick $500. In fact, the only way I could even tell that the technician came to our home is because he sloppily left my skimmer basket on the pool deck with the lid off of the skimmer, where anything could have fallen into my filter system in the several hours before I arrived home. So at this point, I am out $500, am still losing water quickly on high filtration, and still trying to find a company that can help fix our problem since I don't trust that this company is in the business for the right reasons. Update: contacted Carolina Leak Stoppers who came out and located the cracked pipe within 20 minutes. Fixed it and charged less than the Pool Leak Doctors did for their worthless diagnostic test. I've called multiple times trying to explain that there must have been some confusion as to what we needed and was told the technician would contact me; they never did. I was then told to email and they would surely reply to that; they never did. About 5 months ago our family started this journey and pulled quotes from 5 companies. All had their opinions about pool locations, pool equipment, size and even other pool companies. After reading reviews like this one for days about all of them, we narrowed it down to 2 companies. Now this was our first pool so I knew very little but had a comfort level with Ralph the salesman we were working with. I have a job where I have to read people for a living and there was no need to bother with Ralph. He was up front about everything. Even down to the small details that my wife and I wouldn't have thought of. The paperwork was signed and off we went. Once our HOA approval was out of the way, and the permit pulled, they started the dig. If you've never put a pool in, like us, there is SO much more involved than I gave it credit. Between Justin and Ralph we never felt like communication was bad. The only hold up was some rainy days, that they couldn't help, but that only lost us about a week. Finished when they said they would and delivered on everything they said they would. We couldn't be happier with the results and EVERYONE that comes over talks about how beautiful of a job they did. The making of the fiberglass pool has irregularities and isn't level but the water is. Walking on the surface of the pool you can feel all the problems. They say it's normal that's the way it should be. Grading, rocks, setting the pool, and water was all done in one day. That is not the correct way to do it. My decking concrete has been a nightmare. Chucks left on the bottom floor. Discoloring. Brush strokes. Paint variations. Cracking immediately. Not just normal cracks, huge separating cracks. Grading was done improperly. And poor choice of concrete person so he could save some money. Mark admitted it wasn't great. He promised to build me the pool of my dreams and it's the total opposite. I can't believe they think this is good work. Drypro has been out 3 times to do repairs. They say it's bad concrete the tensile is not correct. It's falling off the coping. From inside the pool it's terrible. My husband standing some of the coping himself to help me feel a little better. Mark said he would come back and look again but then ghosted me. Hasn't returned any calls or messages as of late. I'm completely defeated and have high anxiety anytime I'm out there. It's not my happy oasis place.
