Customer service is absolutely terrible. We called for a price on having an in ground pool installed. The person who answered said only one person can give us a quote and they would call back. They never did. Eventually we called back and asked about getting a quote and the lady immediately and rudely said $54000. She Didn't ask what size, how deep, do we want water features, nothing. Even if they were the cheapest price I'd go somewhere else based on their customer service alone. read more

Never ever use this company. I recently purchased a spa from them. It has been one problem after another. They delivered the hot tub and cracked the edge. They brought us the chemicals that were included in buying the hot tub but the box was missing some chemicals. They promised to "patch" the jacuzzi. The electrician came to hook up the spa said that the manual didn't match the product. Immediately the hot tub is displaying an error message. They are no help for solving the error message. Absolutely no service after the sale no matter how much money you spend. I should not be using the afternoon to take the side panels off of my brand new hot tub to try and figure out how to solve the error code. Worst customer service you will ever experience. read more

Anyone with a pool DO NOT USE AARON'S POOLS - Houma Never EVER EVER call these people. They have no idea what customer service is and want to blame the customer. They do not follow up to see if what they did worked when cleaning your pool. They left out chemicals for my dogs to eat. They cleaned out our pool and put all that was at the bottom of the pool ON OUR GRASS, again so our dogs can eat it and kill our grass. They said 4-5 days to clear our pool... Its been 5 weeks and now they claim there is just something wrong with our pool. No we went to another place and they got it together in one day! We had no issue with our pool in the past. The female manager or whatever she is will get loud with you and then give you every excuse on why it is not their fault. They do not care cause they have you pay upfront. All I heard was well that employee no longer works here so not my problem basically is what I was told by them. We had to call them every week to ask if they were coming back. And then when we would call they would say well I can send him today if it is not clear. No its not clear... You would know if you called a customer and followed up. I work in the construction industry and it is our jobs to follow up on any work that has been done to a customers home. And if we quote a price and the job is not done, we come back over and over until the job is done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THESE RUDE PEOPLE ... All my pool needed was chlorine..... Leslie Pools helped us with what we needed and now we can swim. They are upset cause the guy who quoted us, no longer works there and quoted us to low of a price... well that is not my problem. I have been sharing this all over our area and SO MANY people have been messaging me telling me they have had the same experience and even one has taken them to court and won! I hired AAron Pools to build me a pool just right before summer. I didnt think they would have it done in time but Tom reassured me it would be. I was skeptical at first but it turned out fantastic, better than I ever imagined!!! Tom and his crew was so polite and efficient. Even though I was a bit of a pain because I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted..... He took the time to do different drawings for me until we figured out what I wanted!!! I would definitely recommend AAron Pools to everyone especially people like me that cant make up their mind!!! He definitely knows what he is doing, Trust in him When he gives you his opinion!!! I'm Glad I DID!!!! He showed me everything I need to do to keep my GORGEOUS POOL up and running!!!!! He didn't just build me a gorgeous pool, he built me the most AMAZING backyard EVER!!!! This place is terrible. They don't return your calls, don't deliver or set up on agreed dates. Prices are rediculous. Have every excuse in the book as to why they can't do something (if you can get a return call). They keep you waiting all day, after taking the day off of work and don't show up. I would never use this company again. We planned a project they said would take two weeks. We did add a few extra things to the project which could have resulted in a month of extra work. Weather issues could have resulted in a extra month to the timeline. however, the project took nine months. In addition the quality of the workmanship was sub-par. Most of the time workers were sent with no supervision. OTher times they would promise to work and not show up. Overall the project was a nightmare and would not recommend this company. read more
