The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and they had the items that I decided upon in stock. (Well across the lake and I could have them the next day, close enough). A little bit later into the job, we decided to extend the gutters and add (and replace) some fascia, and soffet. I bought it all here. Happy so far with the quality and experience.

I had a new roof put on my home by a roofing company run by a complete jerk. Not being a roofer I…read morehad no idea how many mistakes were made during the instal. . The roofer refused to correct any of the problems. I had a couple of contractors along with a personal friend who is a building inspector for the city of New Orleans tell me that my roof had many insulation errors. So I had no choice but, to file a lawsuit against the roofer. So I needed an expert. I found Don on this site. His wife handles his appointments he was easy to schedule, very knowledgeable, both he and his wife were very nice and his prices were very reasonable. He found even more problems with my roof than I thought I had. On trial day the roofers attorney saw Don freaked out an request a continuance. The attorney basically told me that he had dealt with Don before and that he was too thorough. Thanks to the leverage supplied Don we settled out of court. Talk about an angry roofer . Anyway, if I ever need a roof or a complete home inspected I will call Don and I recommend you do the same.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been a client 5 months and still don't have my kitchen cabinets…read more Cabinets were ordered in November. My December delivery was delayed because backsplash was damaged. January delivery: 1 cabinet was damaged and 1 cabinet was wrong. Erika was present for the delivery. Trinice, my salesperson, was also texted photos and taking care of it. February delivery: order paid in full for delivery. The wrong cabinet that was delivered in January was apparently not even addressed so the installer wouldn't install, the replacement cabinet is fine but the drawers don't fit and the countertop company won't measure until everything is installed. April: Trinice won't answer voicemails and emails. I'm approaching 9 weeks since the February delivery. We highly recommend Quillen Construction. So glad we were able to find them via a personal…read morerecommendation by someone we trusted. Their team performed admirably and we couldn't be happier with the results. Communication was easy, even though I was in Virginia coordinating this for a house in Louisiana. You can see from the before and after pictures how well the exterior painting job turned out. They cleaned the bricks and made repairs of rotten fascia. The job-site was kept clean, neat, and safe during the project. Minor errors were made right immediately with no argument from the team. After everything we went through due to Hurricane Ida damage (2 years of travails!), this was the final project and we are so gratified that we were able to find Quillen Construction to finish the job. It was certainly the smoothest project of the whole ordeal. Shout out to Davis for being so available and helpful during the process!

The house was supposed to close in a month, I was told all the repairs would be finished in 1 day, it took over 3 weeks, with multiple no shows. I ended up having to complete 3 out of the 11 items on the invoice myself. I also separately paid $488 to have my roof repaired, the inspector after revisiting 3 times total, told me it's worse now than before they did their work. Best of all I try to call their number to get them to come out and fix their mistakes, but it goes straight to voicemail and they never return my calls. I now have to push my closing date forward by another week and pay for competent people to come fix their shoddy work. Don't waste your time with them! Get literally anyone else before using them, you'll save yourself some money and you'll keep your blood pressure at normal levels.
