And in my case, I started to question after living in 4 states and working with countless realtors, why this was my first time seeing such a guide? It speaks to Morgan's ability to truly understand her market and clients. I went from no sell after 4 months to hiring Morgan and had an offer in 10 DAYS!!! You can't get any better than that. What I love about Morgan is that she's a straight-shooter. She won't B.S. you and she delivers. She also pays attention to details. I lived out of state from my property so she did all of the legwork for me. My condo needed some work with painting, staging (which I HIGHLY recommend her staging services), and minor maintenance. Her pricing was reasonable, she got it done in a timely manner, and she found ways to save (to the point that she went and actually swapped an item purchased for a less expensive one). She has a great eye for design, and most importantly, she's trustworthy. I can't recommend this woman enough. No shade to male realtors, but my experience personally has been that woman realtors pay more attention to details. I gave Morgan my timeline and budget and she completely exceeded my expectations. I don't even think this review does her justice as I'm beyond thankful for her services. She's phenomenal.
