He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Once the perfect location came on the market, he helped me create an offer that he presented immediately. His quick action was the sole reason that I was able to buy the property that was perfectly suited to me. The second phase of my quest was to subsequently sell my house. During that process Zac assisted me with the preparations of getting the house we built 33 years prior ready for sale. His company hired an inspector and then advised me how to prioritize what to repair from the inspector's list. We listed with them because they were actually recommended by our Wells Fargo banker. First, they did a complete dog and pony show, with their i-pad etc. Then Lance told us to take EVERYTHING out of the house- which we foolishly did. He said it showed the "expansiveness" of the rooms. What it really did was focus prospective buyers attention on every flaw in the plaster and every smudge on the wall. What he failed to mention is that he has another business; high end antiques. He basically didn't like our furniture. In six months he had 1 open house. We had a friend go to it. Lance stood on the porch on his cell phone, and subsequently told our friend " we are just looking for an offer". Which was true, but our friend who has purchased many homes noted that he failed to mention one thing in an effort to "sell" the house. Like the "expansive" rooms, the beautiful woodwork, the new kitchen with gorgeous cabinets and granite counters etc. Our friend came back to us very, very concerned. As for Chris, he disappeared. Never saw or heard from him. He never returned any phone call and when we complained towards the end of the listing, his response was to blame us for not responding to their request to lower the price. Which by the way was totally untrue. Every price reduction Lance requested we agreed to. Chris never requested anything and Lance himself told us(when we asked what happened to Chris) he just "disappeared" leaving all the work to Lance. What work? 1 open house? The only time Lance ever called us was to get a price reduction. If you are looking for a whining drama queen who deals in high end antiques and his MIA partner, these are your guys.
