I had a back massage but in just an hour he was able to do my feet, hands, arms, back, neck, shoulders and I could feel all of the knots and stress actively leaving my body. He checked in with me every 10 minutes or so to see if I was doing ok and ask if it was painful or if he needed to adjust the pressure. He did not. It was perfect. Also, my room was close to the front and it's just not enjoyable when you can hear people on the phone and I'm not sure if some of the girls had friends visiting but there was a lot of chatter that continued.
