She started at my neck and shoulders and worked her way down to my feet. My hips, hamstrings, and adductors are always tight because of my sports, she got rid of all that soreness and stiffness. I've had a handful of foot reflexology massages but this was more than I expected…read more I called the day before to make an appointment and had no trouble getting two spots for 11am on a Wednesday. The price is $30 for 60 minutes which includes foot reflexology and body massage. This is all Asian style - fully clothed and in a community room (lights are dimmed and there's music playing in background). First, he brought some warm water to soak my feet and had me lay down on the massage table (it was lower to the ground). (I'm used to more of a chair setup). He massaged my head, neck and arms first. Then he moved to the foot reflexology part which was my favorite (he did legs here too). Then he had me turn over and massaged my back. Definitely feeling a little sore from the massage - just need to drink a lot of water. $30+tip for an hour massage is totally worth it. I brought my friend along and she'd never had a massage before. She loved it and really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend! Tip: Cash is preferred. If you use a credit card, they will charge an extra $1.
