On Thursday I am told they don't have the part and will be out Friday, I explain ​this to my tenant. On Friday I am told Saturday. On Saturday I am told there was an issue at the warehouse, on Monday it was a scheduling snafu....all the while I am communicating this to my tenant and losing credibility and goodwill with her because Beltz was unable to keep their end of the bargain through pure incompetence. Currently it is a week after I first contacted them and 4 days since they told me to expect the job done. Their technicians are excellent, but their staff and office workers are incompetent to the point I can't hire them again.

The extent of improvement, in dealing with issues remains uncertain; however I can confirm that the service was indeed carried out.

As we shopped for quotes, Jack's sales rep was courteous and transparent. I needed service on my geothermal unit and Tinman was one I chose to do the work. The first time…read morewas great (about 7 years ago) they came out quickly, polite, and price wasn't that bad. About 14 months later we had unit replaced. We found one at cost but Tinman would not install it because we didn't buy it from them. Now in Dec 2024 we called Tinman as we had a very expensive bill. They told us "This part needs replaced, this part only may last 18-24 months, and after I replaced this part (costing $2K already) I hear a leak from somewhere. We need to tear down a wall to get to it. It could be $6K to $10K. I would just suggest replacing it at $35K." We had a second opinion and was told the problem was nothing Tinman said what was wrong was fixed at less than $500. The second person went through our unit and said nothing is wrong with it. It has been running fine ever since. I feel Tinman is only out to get an up sale on your problem. They always add in a yearly fee to come out and check the unit once or twice. They always say "I corrected A but found B" just for more money. Also husband is 100% disabled Vet, we were told owner is a Vet also but does not give discounts. A true serviceman respects the service and commitment you have for our country. No regard for military.

I had my a/c replaced and wanted my duct work extended out. It was my understanding that the…read morechange would include new duct work. Imagine my surprise when the price did not include replacement of my old rusty ducts. I wanted new ducts installed and have it extend to under (in front of) my window and not in the middle of my floor. They did move it a little but not to where I told them I wanted it. People will still have to walk on it because it is still in the way. The a/c works great but for the price I am being charged I am very unhappy with it. For what they did I could have paid someone else far less. Plus I am now going to have to pay someone else to fix the old duct work.
