I guarantee this is the Lawyer you want. I went through a 3 plus year ordeal when my mom passed. The trust was left to me as the only other sibling pre deceased my mom. There was a generous amount of money my mom wanted me to distribute to my sisters 5 kids; even though they never called or spent time with my mom. My niece with past drug issues didn't think it was enough. I am out of state but Mr. Gregg was basically at my side through the entire slow court process. Her lawyer put a lien on the property which is fine but 8 months after it ended her lawyer refused to remove it because he didn't want to pay the fee. Mr. Gregg had been ill but still went out of his way to get the paperwork filed the same day & Followed up to make sure there were no other issues. I absolutely adore this guy. Mr. Gregg represented my sister and I in regards to my mother's estate. We were dealing with a brother and sister in law who felt entitled to more than a rightful share. Mr. Gregg knows the law and he is proficient and helpful. My first shock with Mr. Gregg was when he pointed out to me that my mothers estate was not really worth a legal fight since it was valued under $1000,000.00. I bet he doesn't even remember saying that but I will always remember how that moment felt. There were a few dealings with my brother that I felt Mr. Gregg did not file paperwork on my behalf in a timely manner (even at my request) that lead to my brother taking more than his fair share. I went to Attorney Gregg in Febuary 2019. I had major problems with my mom's estate. My bother and sister decided to robb the estate. Well, reviewing his Yelp reports. I decide after 30 minute consultation to go with him. Next day , I return with a $5k retainer. He assured me " everything would be fine ".Well, I waited 4 months for a court date. It came and I showed up as per notice.Wow, no one except myself and Gregg appeared. I asked him " what's going on?" . The respondents and their attorney were a no show ". He informs me that we are asking for continuance. Professional courtesy would be nice. A total wasted day for me and 2 more months for a new court date. I was completely pissed off and let him know about his lack of respect,his unethical behavior, and his stupidity. He couldn't give me a heads up about not appearing. So , a week before the next court date (Tuesday) and court is Thursday. He calls me in for conference. 2 days before court he quits. write a check for $3k for doing absolutely nothing . What a f_____ coward. Says he has to many clients and can't take my case. He didn't know that in Febuary? My uncle is a trial lawyer and the same day makes a apointment for a probate matter .My daughter called on the very same day on a recorded police line and makes an appointment for a probate matter. Well , in my opinion he is a minus 5 stars. Unethical, unprofessional, no better than a thief jacking your money. Just a money grab. If your are lookin for a good attorney? This is not your man .
