It was so nice to have them come out, take a look at measurements etc. and got back to us quickly with a quote that we were happy with. They completely rebuilt our second story deck and their service was impeccable. They were very pleasant and always kept us up-to-date each day as to what they were going to do for the day, and they followed through. Their communication through Danielle is exquisite. She always notified us as to when the guys would be here and they were ALWAYS on time. It wasn't only that, in our situation they were going to just replace the floor. However, the last company unfortunately did a terrible job and we had wood rot everywhere. They showed us the damage and gave us great recommendations as to what we could do to fix it and never have problems again. We received updated quotes for us to review and accept as we moved on having them rebuild the deck. We've never been happier with the Value of a project.

The main goal was for them to come out and clear the gutters for my tenants. They went above and beyond taking before and after pictures for me since I was not present. They did an impeccable job! They cost to value of service they provides is amazing and you can't better quality than they did especially for the price. Ryan and his team after getting the job done also talked to me about the condition of my roof and told me how good of shape it was and how I wouldn't need a roof cleaning for 3-5 years. We did full exterior remodel. Roof, gutters, addition of patio awning, and siding…read more Estimate: Absolutely no pressure. Sam was thorough and accurate. He took the time to explain what I should look for in installation. He explained the pros and cons of the types of roofing. His measurements were accurate. We got estimates ranging in difference from four squares on the roof and six squares on the siding. When the materials came and were installed, there was only a small amount left that aligned with squares and a margin for error. Some contractors tried to state that contractors can overrun by up to 30% cost without permission. We were assured estimate was accurate and told where unforeseen costs might be. We did run into a major water damage issue on the siding. The issue was clear (could put finger through the backing material with no pressure) and the change to the bid was what was quoted to replace with plywood should an issue arise. LNI reports showed clear on license and inspections which was not the case with all bids. Scheduling: The dates and times for scheduling were accurate. Project started when projected and ended when projected. Installation: The crews assigned were fabulous. Prior to the construction, Raphael notified neighbors and provided contact information in case of any issues. The crews obviously have worked together long term and were friendly and accommodating. For the siding, each night was cleaned well, and it was a worksite, so setup stayed. The setup was as unobtrusive and minimal as possible. Materials were protected. Over a weekend predicted rain, plywood needed was protected with wrap to ensure it stayed dry. For roofing, the cleanup was meticulous, and nothing on the ground would suggest a tear off, or work was happening. Cleanup on both projects was thorough enough nightly to allow us to use the driveway and garage without fear of picking up a nail. Materials were high quality, and with supply chain issues, there were no low end substitutions. Finishing was thorough and on point. The cords, connections, and house numbers were put back in place. I didn't like our previous house numbers and purchased some. I had to work so I left them on the porch. They were installed beautifully. If you're looking at interior or exterior work I highly recommend High Cascade homes.

I had what I thought was an issue about our tile roof that would require a complete replacement…read more Every roofing contractor that came suggested an expensive replacement, some without going on the roof to inspect, those who got on the roof but didn't take any pictures or moving a single tile. Jonathan was different. He was all about details and was scrupulous. He took pictures to show me areas that, down the road, may need work. He commented on the cracked screws around the vent cover, the broken seal around the skylight, the flashing being clean, the current condition of the underlayment, the protective metal shield along the perimeter of the house installed by the previous owner, etc. In spite of some minor issues, he concluded that the roof is in good condition and no repair or replacement is necessary. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection when offered . He explained well and was pleasant. We appreciate his expert advice and will definitely work with him in the future for maintenance and/or replacement when the time is right. Thank you, Jonathan LaMoine and Ben for your help. Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home.
