DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSE TO FIX IT! When picking up my car from the lot, I brought to the attendant's attention that there was a huge scratch on my car that was NOT there prior to dropping it off. When the attendant pulled up the pictures of my car from when I dropped it off, they confirmed the damage occurred when my car was in their care. They assured me that if I emailed corporate, they would arrange to get it repaired for me. It has been 2 months and corporate has GHOSTED me after 1 initial response. Would not recommend leaving your car with them! Not only that, they added an additional fee upon my arrival of $7/day because I have a SMALL SUV. My car does not take up any more space than a typical sedan, so I was already annoyed by this extra $60 added to my tab. This place is completely lacking customer service. DO NOT PARK HERE.

It fits a regular space like a sedan, but just like all the other reviews say: It's an SUV based on size. They upcharge you $6 a day.

There's no ATM on site you have to pay cash or debit, even though they have a NFC tap to pay. Do not fall for the low rate. Do your homework and park elsewhere.

    Under bumper

$2,000 damage to car which owner said was my responsibility then abruptly hung up. Another disgruntled customer was engaged in an argument that was getting out of control when I was picking up my car and I had to leave quickly for my own safety. This place should not be in business.

If you're lucky enough to see your car on this list, you will pay double!

Absolute thieves. I would rather park ANYwhere else than with these SOBs. Here's how they scam you . . . You pay for your parking online (and it's not such a great rate, in the first place). THEN, when you arrive, SURPRISE!! There is a list of about fifty cars, with incremental additional pricing based upon some arbitrary decisions on sizing, decisions they make after you arrive, I might add, as it says right on their signs. You would have to drive a Mini Cooper or a Fiat to not pay an additional fee. They charged me an additionl $75.00 for my Subaru Forester. Can you believe this? It's not even a big car. Of course, you're usually in a hurry, as we were, so you don't have the time to leave and go down the street to any number of other places who might at least treat you with respect. I am also writing a letter to the Internal Revenue Service, as well as the NYS Tax Department, AND, the NYC Parking Authority, because, guess what--the extra fee is only payable in CASH (I'm guessing it's not because they're interested in declaring it to the Tax authorities. Well, we'll find out, won't we?) These people made me so angry that I am willing to take the extra time from my busy schedule to force them to take responsibility for their FRAUDULENT business. Special Bonus Report: On my honor, while we were standing there arguing with the attendant about his egregious pricing, a baseball-sized piece of concrete fell off the edge of a signpost and missed hitting us by less than a yard. It hit, instead, a car parked in their lot. I would have liked to have watched the exchange when those poor souls returned from their trip. Last point, they're a long distance from the terminal. While it looks close on the map, because of the insane loops of South and North Conduit Blvds, it takes forever to get to the airport--and, it's nearly impossible to find, as your GPS can't figure out where they are, either. Go ANYWHERE else, believe me.

How this happens and they just hand the car to us like nothing happened

But I filled out the form they handed me and within a few minutes I was in the shuttle and at the airport about 5 minutes later. So that went well. Arriving back from my trip at JFK, I called the number on the claim ticket they handed me for a pickup and while they answered promptly, I literally could not understand a word of what they were saying. Finally they switched over to a woman who spoke English and she told me where to wait for my pickup. The van came rather quickly, polite driver, and five minutes later I was at their parking lot. They had my car already in the receiving area with keys in it and the engine running. I was able to get immediately on my way. So kudos for that, they provide a great service. I deducted a star only because of the language barrier. If they had somebody answering the phones that could speak English, they would get five stars as they otherwise did a great job.

Great experience parking here for our 7-day trip out of JFK…read more Prepaid online for $30 per day. Compared to the other terminal options which range from $35-$60 per day. There is a cheaper option at $25 per day but that lot if NOT connected to the AirTrain system but a shuttle bus is available. There are other third party options that may be cheaper...but they have their own shuttle buses and I was hesitant to book those based on our departing and arrival times. If you pre-book, your license plate will be scanned upon entry and departure giving you access. If you go over your allotted time, you will have the pay the difference before exiting. You also have the option to pay using your E-ZPass upon exiting. Safe area as we arrived at 3 a.m. and returned at 12:30 a.m. and there were others (including many employees) boarding the AirTrain which came surprisingly frequent at those times. (We only waited about 5 minutes each time) The AirTrain took about 10 minutes to get us to Terminal 5. Lot of parking spaces available but they may be a bit tighter for larger vehicles. I felt we had just enough room with our mid-sized SUV to park without much risk for (hopefully) consdierate owners on each side of our vehicle to be careful when opening their doors. Be sure to fold in your mirrors as a precaution. As expected, the spaces closer to the AirTrain are pretty filled up...but we were lucky to snag one only about 3 rows away. As an aside, in visiting other airports, I think the concept of having the AirTrain available to take travelers to the terminals, rental cars, hotels and parking lots (as JFK does) is a must. The hassle of using shuttle buses, especially with children and luggage, can be a headache. Overall a great experience, I would definitely use them again for future longer trips out of JFK.

Be warned, the pricing is a rip-off. What you pay is much higher than what you see posted…read more I parked there on June 5, 2025 at 8:21 am, took the Air Train to JFK expecting to travel to DC. I missed the flight and was not able to travel. I returned back to lot, get and exit at 9:38 am. My credit card was charged $40. As per the posted sign, it should have been $20. The sign said $20 for 12 hours or part there of. Maximum of $35/day. And now that I am trying to speak to someone on the phone to get a refund, it has been difficult. One of their phone numbers listed, a recording is trying to sell you health insurance. It's Crazy!

I was told 10 minute wait and to proceed to area 5. We wait for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes. I call back. I'm told there is lots of traffic, but several vans have been dispatched. I see many other companies vans, but none of theirs. I call back again after about 50 minutes because me and just about everyone else who called for their ride is now running into the middle of traffic to get on the bus as soon as they see it. My 71 year old mom is now being subjected to this mad dash, of which we had to do twice. They claim they are sending their biggest van now. What does that hold-10? I never saw anything I would consider a big van. We finally get on one. We are well over the hour mark now. There is ZERO coordination here. Someone waiting 5 minutes should not be allowed to get on the van when there are people that called for their ride 50 minutes ago. You know the order in which people called in. Dispatch drivers to the terminal to pickup specific ticket numbers and make them show you their ticket before boarding. When I got inside to pay, I expressed my extreme displeasure to the attendant, who could have cared less, and did nothing to even compensate for the experience. A woman in line with me corroborated the story to him and added it was a "free for all". This was not the first time that we parked here, but it is likely the last.
