I was look for AC Parking. However, they also go by another name when you arrive at their site. they are also known as Apex parking. They also answer the phone as Park AC. Con. the parking lot practically unpaved no lines like in the picture. they park the cars about an inch from each other and the receipt states that they are not responsible for damages. the only bathroom is a porta potty that is extremely dirty to say the lease. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. fesses everywhere no exaggeration. Their office is a rundown trailer with no place to sit down. The good things are the price. They are opened 24/7. There shuttle service time is reasonable considering JFK is under construction. I would not go back unless I had no other choice. read more

After waiting over 45minutes for the shuttle that was "every 5-10minutes" that NEVER CAME me, my husband and my baby missed our flights. At checkout they hit me with an extra $40 for "about 8 hours." That's not what I agreed to. The receipt states $11.95 for any extra day, and there was no clear signage explaining a different hourly/partial-day policy or higher charges. This place also goes by Apex parking, they stayed on their website that they are half a mile from the airport, but that is not true. They are more like 3 miles away. It takes a good 15 to 20 minutes to get back to the airport and it took them about 40 minutes to pick us up when we arrived back to pick up our vehicle. The parking lot is not lined or paved. They have a trailer on site which thankfully we did not have to use. A standard size SUV is considered oversized. We have an explorer and we were charged extra. read more

This is the most dishonest and incompetent business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They damaged my car considerably -- and promised they would take care of it if i called *SAM* the next morning. Well -- Sam doesn't seem to exist -- and now they have blocked my number from their phones. After visiting them in person in hopes of photographing their license number so i could sue, I have come to the conclusion that they are not even licensed or insured. It's worth noting as well that the business the other business operating from this location -- Runway Towing Corp --- had their license revoked by NYC for malpractice. I arrived at the lot at 2:20 - my flight was delayed from 4:35 - 5:35, so luckily, I wasn't in too much of a hurry at this point. The shuttle had arrived and there still wasn't anyone in the office to check me in for my reservation. I was told to "wait 5 minutes." Finally, one of the workers came and checked me in - he informed me because I have a "small SUV" that I would be charged an extra $30. Very rudely, might I add. I get that all sorted out, and I ask when the next shuttle will arrive. He told me 10 minutes. 45 minutes went by before the next shuttle arrived. I finally get to the airport, and the driver drops me off at arrivals - when I questioned this his response was "it's the same thing" at this point it is almost 4pm and if my flight had NOT been delayed, I would be missing it. This is NOT the experience I expected - no matter the amount of money you are paying, I am still a paying customer. I had a reservation booked again for June and promptly cancelled that because I do not appreciate how I was treated. I arrived back on Saturday early AM 1230 - I was told I needed to travel from Terminal 4 all the way to Terminal 8 - & by the time I got there the shuttle still was not there. They gave me a cheap generic key fob that they somehow programmed to work on my car and said if they find my key they'll call me. Yeah, right! This place was absolutely the worst. First their pictures do not accurately represent what their 'lot' looks like! The cars are packed in there like packed sardines. Also give yourself enough time as shuttle does not run every 10 minutes. Arrived at 300am and it was so disorganized and there are hidden fees---every car is consider oversized and there will be additional fees! We didn't get their shuttle until 347!!! When we returned i called for Pick up and they said to go to parking and ask where #6 is! We went to the parking area and asked for help and were sent on the tram to long term parking ---when i called to say we couldn't find #6. It's important to note that we had to call the number a dozen times --several times it went to voicemail with a full mailbox. When i finally got them back on the phone they said they couldn't help me after much back and forth they said to go out doors by arrivals!!!! We had to take tram back and go back to where we started---why would they say parking when it was arrivals?!?! When they finally picked us up and got to our car it had been 2 hours!!!! On a side note if you own the blue truck below and we're parked in their lot our driver hit your mirror as he was barreling in the lot!!! Below if the trucks license plate. BEWARE!!!! First, signage outside the lot does not say Park AC JFK so that was confusing. As was the fact that it looked like we were driving into a junk yard instead of a parking lot - very sketchy. We would have turned around and left but we had a flight to catch and had no idea where else to go at that point. The attendants were RUDE. We were never given a ticket when we got there - when we called to get picked up at the airport they asked for a ticket number and all we had was our reservation id. The guy on the phone started yelling and then hung up on us. After we called back and got things settled, we waited well over a half hour (at 11:00 p.m. so no traffic) and were picked up in a "private" car, not a shuttle, so that was weird (probably someone's car who had paid to park at the lot). To top off this all around bad experience, our car was damaged while parked there but we did not realize this until after we left because it was dark out (we wanted to get out of there asap due to how sketchy and rude the driver and attendants were). It was dark, we paid, got in the car and drove home. Immediately upon driving home (when we had good lighting in our garage) we noticed severe scratching/damage to the car windshield and to the hood of the car. It was clear that the guys who cleaned off the snow did so with a metal or metal tipped shovel or snow removal implement. I called immediately upon seeing the damage last evening and sent pictures (as requested by the man who I spoke with). I called back and he hung up on me multiple times, before stopping to answer my phone. Today, I called again and was told the manager (a Mr Sing) would call me back. The first time I called he was on break, the second time at lunch and when I called back a third time my call wasn't answered. I was told he would call me back, but he never did. We brought the car to a car wash, took pictures and then to a local body shop today and it appears there is approx 2500 of damage to the vehicle as the windshield needs to be replaced and the hood needs to be touched up, clear coated and buffed. I would like some information on how to resolve this situation. I have attached pictures and the quote (we are getting a second quote tomorrow). I would like to resolve this in a timely and mutually acceptable manner, but I need engagement or else I will have to proceed with legal recourse, which I would like to avoid. I honestly wish there were no stars. I know, I know. This is the first parking lot that shows up on the search engine you are using that has a shuttle and it is significantly cheaper. Trust me and move on to the next listing. I am writing this early in the review in case you don't read the entire review. They seem to have a good rating but if you dig deeper on Better Business Bureau they have a 1.0 rating out of 5. If you check Yelp most reviewers wanted to give them less than a 1. It is great that they have a shuttle if they actually picked you up. I just returned from traveling from Saudi Arabia and spending 24 hours in Egypt. Needless to say I was dreading carrying my 4 bags of wonders I found abroad...but I figured I could do it because hey rent a little trolley thing and the shuttle would be there within the 15 minutes this lot promises. So, I followed the directions for arriving in Terminal 1 walk to pick up point A which wasn't there. So I called and they told me to go to Departures which would have included me walking on the road and I said I couldn't get there so they told me actually you need to go to Terminal 7, just take the air tran. I said that there was no way I was traveling to Terminal 7 after traveling over 20 hours. The man on the other line said I could take a cab and I asked so you are paying for it and he said no we aren't paying for it. Needless to say the phone went dead and they would not pick up. THEN, after I paid 30 dollars for a cab to go 12 minutes they called me in the office and the employee told me he didn't know the owner's name, then he refused to give me his name or their business license number. He then lied to me and in one breath said he just started his shift and five minutes later he was leaving, so he had no knowledge of the problem. I know that they ran my car while I was away because I looked at the gas gauge. I think they might sit in the cars and run them (corroborated with other complaints) I am not letting this go by any means. I have written the company that I rented from and have heard nothing. On Monday I will call the local city government and report them as being unhygienic amongst other serious violations. Just because a business doesn't answer complaints does not mean they get to continue to be dishonest and pretend that they don't understand English or comprehend what I am saying. This parking lot is an absolute scam. Do not park your car here! It is a one-man operation operating out of a filthy trailer. We had to wait 25 minutes to get a shuttle. Apparently, the only have one van. It is not that big and has to go back back-and-forth to get people . It said on their website they were 5 to 10 minute drive to the airport. It took us at least 20 as we had to drop other people off and we were last. They also said it was .5 miles from the airport and there's no way that is accurate. There was a porta potty that was buried in snow even though they had a bobcat sitting right next to it. Do you think they would clear it so people could use it? It is virtually an unmarked parking lot with a very tiny sign so it is hard to find and very poorly lit. Very sketchy. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Park AC JFK is an absolute nightmare. After landing, my group and I were left standing outside the airport for over an hour waiting for a shuttle that never came. We called more than 20 times, and every single time we got either attitude, rudeness, or were completely ignored. At one point, they even cursed at us over the phone. There were multiple groups of people stranded alongside us, all dealing with the same disaster. When a shuttle finally showed up, the driver refused to let us in, leaving us stranded after a long flight. We ended up having to pay for three taxis just to get back to the parking lot. And as if that wasn't bad enough there was a thunderstorm while we were gone, and they left my car windows down. My entire interior was soaked and ruined. This place wasn't just bad- it was actually scary. I can guarantee this isn't a legal lot with the correct permits or licenses, because they just park cars bumper to bumper in a gated gravel lot, and most looked damaged. First, when we arrived to drop our car off, they immediately told me to get out of the car, leave my husband behind, and go into their RV trailer on the lot which serves as their "office". I was uncomfortable from the jump, and said I'd just wait till my husband was done unloading. They got mad and even got snippy with me and started yelling at me to "get out and go in the trailer right now." I genuinely felt like I was about to be trafficked, showing up to a misrepresented "lot", immediately having my car door opened and being told to get out, and being separated from my husband with them yelling at us. That's how sketchy this place was. Upon pickup after our trip, they changed the pickup location on us which was listed on their card, and we had to trek to the opposite side of the airport to make it more convenient for THEM to drive to. We then waited for 45 mins in 16 degree weather for a van to pick us up. Each time we called, we were told the van was almost there. When we kept calling to ask what their ETA was (they are ONE mile from the airport- a 8 minute drive at best), they silenced our phone calls and sent us to to voicemail again and again. Then when we finally got picked up and got to the lot, we waited another 20 minutes for them to find our car in their sardine style parking lot. Other people picking their cars up were already there complaining about damage to their vehicles, and for some reason they were refusing to give one patron his car keys back and we watched their argument turn physical- had it not de-escalated in a few moments, we almost were about to call police . DO NOT USE PARK AC JFK Surcharge over expected rates upon arrival because I had a "Large SUV." Okay. Yes, it's posted on the site, which we did not see, having used a third-party JFK-parking clearing-house site to find Park AC. Woulda been nice if the surcharges had been shown on the third-party site. Felt a little bait-and-switch. Horrible customer service: I got there, and the guy in charge barely looked up at me, watching some foreign-language video on his phone throughout the entire transaction. I think he was also eating something from a bowl. Hit me with the surcharge, which was $7/day over the rate we'd paid with the reservation, because I had a "Large SUV." Seemed unsympathetic. Their "valet" service is because there's no way anyone but them could wedge your vehicle into the jam-packed lot. I gave them the keys and hoped for the best. Returned a week later. Called for the shuttle, which came in a reasonable time. The driver put our bags in the back, and we drove off. My wife was stressed for much of the drive back to the lot because the driver was on his phone most of the time. Some of the time was to coordinate with his dispatcher (the guy watching videos, I assume), and it appeared that some of his calls may have been personal. Either way, it's illegal and dangerous. Especially in that NYC traffic. Got there, he unloaded the bags, and we refused to tip him. His mood seemed to change from smiley to not-so-much thereafter. Oh, well. We waited. And waited. And waited. They were apparently "digging out" my vehicle from the mess of cars (out of view from us) which, I'm guessing, was buried a few vehicles deep. I asked an attendant how it was coming (as he hurried by for a second or third time, maybe to get more keys for more cars?), and he ignored me. I went back to the lead guy to complain about how long it was taking and to let him know that our driver had been on the phone during our return trip form the airport. He asked how I expected them to communicate. I said I don't know (not my problem). I told him it was illegal and dangerous. And I said they did it somehow before we had cell phones. How about a radio? I went back outside and the car was waiting for us. Fifteen or twenty minutes total. I've noticed no damage to the vehicle. I just wanted to give you the terrible review that your company is deserved. Not only did I get charged an additional $47 when i parked for my "suv" that is smaller than some compact car. I called over and over again the number on my ticket in the middle of the night to tell your company that I was running late with flight. Good thing I wasn't on time, no one would have picked me up at the airport when your company didnt pick up the phone. Pick up process not convenient so i then ubered to get my car where I was charged an additional $23 because I was late picking up my car. I think if you are going to charge more it should be included in the cost per day. I paid until 3/13 and still picked up on 3/13, but you all charged me even more. This lot is located It is a chaotic and disorganized tow truck lot. Also the price that you pay online is not accurate. I thought I was getting a great deal only paying $86 for 6 days. They made me pay $40 extra when I dropped off my car and said it was because I have an "SUV". The shuttle driver that drove us to our departing flight drove like a lunatic. He was cutting people off and speeding. He was rude too. Also, his van that he took us in smelled like urine and cigarettes. We arrived yesterday to get my car. After getting our luggage my first call for them to get us was at 7:37PM They advertise that they will pick you up at all JFK Terminals. That is another lie. The person who answered said they would not pick us up from terminal 5 and that we had to take the Air Train to Terminal 8. Thus, they are very lazy too! This was infuriating after a long fight with heavy suitcases. That took us 25 minutes to find the Air Train and drag our luggage. We arrived to terminal 8. I thought that he would send someone to get us by then but no, he didn't. He told us the person was on the way. He lied to me. It was freezing! I called again 15 minutes later at terminal 8, passenger pick up A, I asked where the van was, he only said "on the way." We were tried of freezing, so we just took a cab to the lot. Which means we shelled out more money because they lied about being on their way to get us. The shuttle person arrived at 8:24PM. That is almost an hour from our first initial call! We arrived to the lot, after giving the guy my ticket number 6 times you would think he would have had my car ready. It was not. He took 10 minutes to find my car key. They have no computers. They put the keys in paper envelopes. We had arrived late, so it was dark. The next morning, I saw that I had scratches on my windshield. They did it I assume by trying to clean snow off of it. Whoever was trying to clean the snow off my car destroyed my windshield. I have to get it repaired now. I called this morning to let them know. This person who answered said for me to send a picture of the damages and that "they will review."
