She asked me for model info so he was prepared for the issues upon arrival. Randall was able to quickly diagnose the issues and get us up and running. He was very open about the parts, cost, and that there were signs that I might be able to keep the old parts longer if I wanted. He took a few extra minutes to educate me on what was wrong, the symptoms, and what he recommended to address the issues. He installed new parts and several days later, the dryer is working like it should. I would recommend Revive Appliance Repair and WILL use them again should I have any issues! Very nice folks who were very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.

He was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions over the phone. His attitude was very courteous, and was very helpful in making recommendations. I got the impression that he looks out for the interest of his customers rather than to focus on making money. When he came out, he was able to diagnose the cause of the leak within 10 minutes. Found the piece of cloth that was stuck in the drain pump, removed it and now its running perfectly again! Since it was an easy fix he only charged me the original diagnostic fee and afterwards he even balanced our washer since he noticed a slight tilt to it. Overall, what I thought would take hours and cost me an arm and a leg became a very painless experience thanks to Keith's professionalism.
