Whenever there is a problem, we just call Sears "for my home". The appointment is scheduled and the tech arrives on time! The tech is very professional. If the particular appliance is not able to be repaired on the spot, the parts are ordered and a follow-up date and time is scheduled. The repairs to our Refrigerator alone has made having a service contract well worth the cost! When the contract comes due for renewal, I will do it in a heart beat!
