This conduct was completely uncalled for, humiliating, and made me feel totally disrespected and body-shamed.

She charged me almost a band for an undone red flower on my shoulder that hasn't even been colored in. She told me she was working on the piece that I wanted for a couple weeks and when I showed up to my appointment she only had the flower part drawn out. For $700 I should have at least gotten the line work done. Definitely don't recommend, but she clearly needed the money for her kids Christmas gifts or she was late on rent.

Whitney did my piercing and helped me decide exactly where it should go; she was extremely helpful as I have never done anything on cartilage. It was very quick and easy, and didn't hurt at all. She also helped me out with another issue I was having. If you go to this shop for a piercing, Whitney is your girl!! I will be going back to her again for sure. I paid beforehand and it was a bit more expensive than I expected ($50 plus $10 for the jewelry I wanted), but I am so happy with my experience!! I highly highly recommend this shop, even if you're a newbie like I am. Very clean, everyone is super nice, and the receptionist even took a picture of my friend and I for us!

Instead I got a part of my sleeve extended over to where I want the script and birds, I got some rope that is a part of sleeve darkened to the point that it's hard to tell what it is anymore. Hell, the rope was poorly and incorrectly shaded to begin with (I thought he could fix it, not make it worse) I got another part of the tat worked on AFTER I told him NOT to mess with it. I got more very poorly drawn and shaded rope added AFTER I told him no more! Why? Because I wanted a rose in this particular spot not rope!! So after the extension I never wanted, the birds still came out too small, looks like it's drawn wrong with zero detail. I didn't get the placement where I originally wanted and I left with NO SCRIPT! I told him 4 fucking times do the script first, birds second and if there's time for more we'll discuss it then. No he failed me so bad I'm embarrassed to show it anyone now. To the artist: LISTEN to your client!!! These are our tats not yours. I've sang your praise for a 1.5 years, but no longer. I'm so unbelievably fucking pissed off I want to laser the goddamn piece off and sue this place for damages.

It was rather embarrassing to go to someone I knew was serious about there profession and say, "hey I have a crooked septum piercing with awful jewelry, help?" But Mike was so kind and helpful and was not judgmental at all. The piercing wasn't terribly crooked and I didn't want to remove it and have it redone, but he installed a ring with a smaller diameter to help cloak the crookedness and offers in house anodizing as well. Overall, super nice guy that clearly has a passion for body piercing. In a world of many horrible piercers, he's definitely a pro you can trust.
