I also completely forgot all the passport photo rules -- no earrings, hair pushed back and tucked behind your ears, no smiling... basically come in like you're taking a prison photo. Amber helped me and she was honestly so fun, like chatting with a girlfriend. We had a few laughs and she made the whole thing feel easy instead of awkward. I was greeted right away when I walked in, everything was explained clearly, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes I'd definitely recommend this Walgreens for passport photos. I had two coupons to use. The cashier was so patient in explaining that one coupon couldn't be used on sale items... so, I got a greeting card. The other coupon could be used on sales items as long as the total amount of purchase was $30 and above. Okay... whip out the math skills! LOL! I personally liked this Longs Drugs Store. It wasn't as cozy as I expected (after reading the reviews). It was pretty much well-stocked, neat, clean, organized, well-lit, and pleasantly air-conditioned. We just wondered why the Easter items weren't half off since Easter was three weeks ago... It was an educational and productive visit! Thank you!

Shopping at Longs does have it's benefits as the insanely long receipts filled with various coupons does feels quite wasteful as we go green I try to view it on the app though that instant gratification is so rewarding. Since we were in the area and Nadine had some items on her list I though coming to this location would be best since it was just blocks away. What she also had was some of those deals and each has it's own set of conditions which we can easily figure out to make it work to the best deal. Shopping here is nice and it was a good sized store which was very clean and organized for easy browsing and it wasn't crazy busy even on a Sunday morning. Parking is just as easy with lot full of choices and with nice and friendly staff this location has been quite refreshing and a convenient stop whenever I'm in the area. Thank you!

What isn't convenient is half of their pumps have been closed down for nearly two months now. I've asked cashiers about it a few times and I've not been given the answer as to why they aren't functioning and when they anticipate them to be up and running. This causes regular and long backed up lines for fuel. Don't wait until the last minute for fuel, you'll be in a tough spot I'll also add for longer than that they only sell 87 grade fuel and diesel. They have free air and free water for your car, too. If the air is down Firestone (right there attached to the shopette) is really good about letting you use their air. Matching the opening hours of the gate, which the gate opens at 0500, would be extremely helpful. Their hours are below: Saturday 7AM-10PM Sunday 8AM-8PM Monday 6AM-10PM Tuesday 6AM-10PM Wednesday 6AM-10PM Thursday 6AM-9:57PM Friday 6AM-10PM It's for sure a good place for fuel, just give yourself some time for the lines. Throughout my visits, I haven't noticed anyone checking ID's if you pay by credit card at the pump, but if you pay with cash inside the shopette, they'll check. It's a bit of a hassle to pay with cash by walking the distance if you have the kids in tow. I will never forget the day I was by myself pumping gas and I panicked when the pump wouldn't stop! It was so scary. I must have touched a lever on the pump that automatically distills gas into your car without handling it. Neat trick but I was freaking out..

I didn't know about the error until I got home. Needless to say, they would not take back the prescription back and I had to either buy the machine or pay for another prescription. They never even apologized. The whole pharmacy has an attitude problem and completely disregard the feelings of their customers. I am never going back to that place. This not the first time they have made a mistake and they refused to give any type of compensation for their error.

The two workers were counting their cash drawers and they don't even listen to what I am saying and say to me that they are closed. I repeat, all I need is change for a quarter. They just say we are closed. WTF! No Aloha at all, not even human beings. I was in disbelief. What the hell! Luckily, I dug through the interior of my truck and found another quarter. Got the air machine working and got the hell out of there, soaking wet from the rain since it took like 4 minutes in the rain to fill up my tire. No more Hele stations for me ever again! Ever!
